We usually refer LaQuinta hotels due to the amazing breakfast but the juice was very watered down and the potatoes, saus
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast was the worst and we saw many people walking around on drugs in the area.

Just a lot of homeless people hanging out in the Dog area all the time when you went out to take your dog, they didn’t cause any problems

Disliked · Our room was not a pleasant experience. The bed had a noticeable body odor smell, which made it uncomfortable to relax. I had also made a special request in advance for two extra blankets and additional towels since there were four of us staying in the room, but this request was not granted. When we went to the front desk to ask for them, we were told we would be charged an additional $50 deposit even though I had already paid a deposit at check-in. This was frustrating and felt unnecessary. Because we weren’t provided with the extra blankets, my three teens ended up having to share the two blankets from the bed, leaving me with just a sheet, which was very uncomfortable. The additional deposit was said to be because my teenagers had friends come to the hotel around the same time. My teens were told to gather their bedding before they could hang out, and I was accused of having six additional guests then they said five, when in reality only three people came and simply sat in the lobby to talk with my teens Ive added the text from the survey review response I received!

Never Again Stay
Pros:

The breakfast and staff

Cons:

Queen beds are more like a full size bed not a queen bed- you only get three pillows( which felt like rocks). Bathroom door was broke and did not close. The ac was messing up and woke up that morning to our room hot. Outside the hotel-it’s a lot of homeless ppl walking and around. One was in the bushes ( peeing) and scared me so bad. We stayed on the second floor and elevators were messed up- so we had to take out things down the steps.

Bad stay
Pros:

Nothing. It was terrible

Cons:

The toilet leak tub was dirty, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Ask for the same room i paid for they were going to put me in another room where the bathtub leak. They move to the 2nd floor lesser value that I paid for. Didn't give me m6 money back. Never staying there again.
