Great beds , nice breakfast, clean almost perfect!
Pros:

Fabulous stay except we paid extra for an indoor heated pool which was unusable the whole weekend due to hordes of screaming unsupervised kids running and diving and breaking every rule posted by the pool rules.
I truly don’t get how this t could be allowed to get as out of hand as it did.

Cons:

Supervision of pool rules and gym as unsupervised tons of children made them both unusable by adults and we paid extra for those amenities.

Decent stay. Good location. Pool is small- breakfast was not the best.
Pros:

Location. Comfortable beds. Spacious room.

Cons:

Pool was way too small. Elevator was slow and shaky. Hallway and elevator had a weird smell. Breakfast was not as good as I hoped. The cost was higher than i would have liked.

Great Value. Very nice property
Pros:

I booked (4) rooms for students & coaches to stay while traveling for an event. I booked this hotel because of price, location & the fact it had an indoor pool and offered breakfast. I was very impressed for being one of the cheaper hotels in the area how clean and spacious the rooms were. Having the indoor pool and breakfast were very nice as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I Highly Recommend This Hotel
Pros:

If you're attending a show at AMT this is an ideal location. Or if you're just looking to visit the Lancaster area with all it offers consider staying here. The hotel staff are wonderful, the rooms comfortable and it's quiet at night. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast too.

Everything was great!
Pros:

Everyone is very nice. I wish they do bacon instead of the uncooked sausages.

Fabulous Stay!
Pros:

If you are seeking a "Home away from home" feel, look no father, this is it! A friendly helpful staff, is the icing on the cake for this beautifully appointed hotel. The rooms are Clean, fresh and spa-like. You can feel safe and relaxed as the staff is located right beside the entrance. The fantastic full breakfast is three generous hours each morning. The 24 hr coffee/tea station has all the condiments one could possibly desire. From check-in to check-out this place is a gem! Close to the American Music Theater, Sight and Sound as well as Tanger Outlets. Worth every penny!

Great value, warm and friendly.
Pros:

It was perfect for what we wanted for a night. In town to show the kids the sights. The staff were friendly, the room was warm and clean and the breakfast was great. The kids loved the waffle makers. The breakfast lady also enjoyed a chat which made the place very welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing at all. For the price point you don’t expect a five star hotel although I think it was above what we paid.

If I did have to choose one thing I didn’t like, it would be the hollow floors so you had to walk softly down the hallway, but that did t ruin our stay at all.

We enjoyd a comfortable stay in a very convienent location and enjoyed a hot breakfast each morning.
Pros:

The room was larger than most hotel rooms we have been in at other location. The extra sitting area was a new and wonderful experience. The hot breakfast was excellent. Many choices. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Although we didn't have time to use them I liked that the facility had a fitness center and pool.

Cons:

The breakfast area was crowded to overflowing on Saturday so hard to find a seat. On Friday morning we were able to find a table but when the hotel is more fully occupied the breakfast room just can't hold the crowds.

Good hotel excellent location
Pros:

Everything was really good. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was far more than anticipated and decent. The location was excellent.

Cons:

The only two comments were that the beds although comfortable were high to get in - maybe next time put a footstool so short people can climb in easier. Also, the toilets were too low even for a short person. They need to be up higher.
