The AC in the room smelled bad.

Location to Ft Sill

Cons:

I booked for a two queen bed, and the hotel stated that booking.com did not specify which room I had reserved, so we got one queen bed with a rolling bed, which was very uncomfortable. The carpet was damp, the AC was not the greatest, and I do not know when the AC vent was cleaned, it smelled bad. The cover for the AC came off, so I had to put it back on. There was ONE elevator for four floors.

The beds it shows in the pics for the room bigger but they were small beds for the roos available.

My room was comfortable but the breakfast and towel situation was disappointing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast was suppose to be available at 6am and it wasn't out by 6:15. I had to go down the road to McDonald's to get something to eat on my way. The cleaning crew took my shower rug and towel and did not replace them. I am concerned about being charged despite telling the desk person about it.

Twice before I gave over the top reviews but this stay was awful. Roaches, shower chair dirty, and only 2 towels for a 4 person room which I paid for 3 adults for 2 nights. End door next to room 101, doesn’t work and husband was locked out 30 minutes, disabled so couldn’t walk around. Bed was hard and pillows flat. The breakfast girl was picking up food at 9:15 closing was at 10. There was 1 biscuit for my son, husband and I to share. Lots of people came in so she started bringing things back
