Disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, but very busy.

Cons:

Upon check in, for a reserved room that I had paid for through Booking.com, the clerk said he couldn't find my reservation. After a few minutes he finally found the reservation.

Room had a bad urine smell/sewer on entering the room from the bathroom area.

Hotel charged me twice, and then a third time, after I asked them to correct their duplicate charge for the one night stay. The clerks, and the manager acknowledged the error, but after a week their only "fix" was to charge my card a third time. After five phone calls, over a week, I've filed a dispute with the credit card company. +

Pros:

We loved the room, but very disappointed the pool was closed. I booked this back in April, looked at several hotels before picking comfort suites. I only picked it because it offered the pool. Please issue a free nights stay for our inconvenience of not having a pool. THANK YOU, WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! Terri Korsten

Breakfast was fair- the eggs were powdered, the orange juice was barely orange, there weren’t enough tables, and do the set-up was odd. The fruit wasn’t near the rest of the food
