Pros:

Everything was perfect except the pool hours. We arrived after midnight and were still appropriately serviced.

Cons:

We thought the swimming pool opened at 8am, while it was open from 10am. We were otherwise very happy.

Hello I stayed at Hilton garden inn in Milford CT from 3)13 to 3/17.I found Dardin and Giovanna at the front desk to be so extremely helpful to me .Both of the front desk staff Dardin and Giovanna were so professional,helpful, courteous and went above and beyond for me They were just excellent.Kimberly Davis

Cons:

That coffee wasn't available earlier than 6:30 am.I get up really early and it would have been nice to get coffee at 5:00 am .

Cons:

Our floor was not vacuumed properly. We found items left behind on the floor...small rock, a cheerio. The elevator made some odd noises and shook.

Location is great
The hotel was very clean

Cons:

very thin walls I was able to hear the guest next door talking. I thought breakfast was included for all guest that stay but when I when to the lobby to get some cereal the lady told me that my room was not included and I had to pay an extra $18 per person. All I wanted was cereal and coffee, I feel like for the price I paid for my one night stay I could have at least got breakfast.
