Ystävällinen palvelu, lemmikkihuone on kuin 90-luku soittaisi lankapuhelimella.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Cons:

Lemmikkihuoneessa ei ollut esim vesikuppia tai pyyhettä, jotka ovat muissa hotelleissa ihan peruspalvelutasoa. Huone oli varustukseltaan vaatimaton - minijääkaappi olisi helpottanut oleskelua lemmikin kanssa huomattavasti, kun olisi saanut märkäruoan pidettyä viileässä. Respaan sai kylmäkallet välillä pakkaseen ja sitten ruokaa pidettiin ulkona lumihangessa.

Huoneen sisustus oli epäkäytännöllinen. Lamput yöpöydillä liian suuria , pöydille mahtunut muuta. Sängyt olivat huonoja.

perfect for relaxing and disconnecting

Amazing stay in Pyhätunturi! Perfect if you’re looking for peace, beautiful snowy landscapes, and a cozy atmosphere. The ski slopes are great and not crowded, which made the experience even better. We also loved the gym, sauna, and the relaxing lounge area. Not much nightlife or variety of restaurants, but ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. Would definitely come back!
