Pros:

The price was relatively good for a king suite. The pet deposit was really good compared to most as well. The staff were friendly enough too.

Cons:

Once we got there, the room was not as advertised. The bed was lumpy and hard (I know, a bit contradictory). There was only 3 plugs in the whole room that were available for us to use because the TV, phone, 2 table lamps, 2 table lamps, microwave, and the mini fridge took every other plug available in the room. There was also no lobby or room coffee/tea service or machines as well as no continental breakfast as advertised as a "amenity" and something we were supposed to get with our reservation. You also had to pay for and put on any extra sheets or towels you might need during your stay and one staff member at the desk said that you might even have to pay for them depending who you ask for them from. They said all this is due to covid-19. Can you believe that... covid-19???!!!! Ridiculous!

It was false advertisement booked a room they didn't even have. Prices said one thing but they upcharge you. They didn't have the room I paid for when I got there and refused to give me my money back so I had to stay in my car. They lied to booking when I asked for my refund. They are scammers. Nothing gets done about it

Didn’t stay left felt dirty from just walking into the place

The problem was the pictures don't match the current state of the hotel. Me and my wife were in Greenville celebrating our new marriage and the hotel we thought we were getting was in fact not at all what the pictures insinuate

Pros:

Great price, great location. The room was clean, had a micro and big frig. Miss Kay that checked us in was wonderful. She had answered a message I left, she asked which of two rooms we preferred, she checked on us after check in. Wow.
