I would go there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The hotel and our room were clean and well kept. Staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. The elevator moved quickly between floors.

Cons:

The wakeup call I asked for was never done. The replacement lotion I asked for was not done.

Pros:

The property was decent needs updating. But while I was there I meet an off duty firefighter that lives near the hotel and he was informed that he could not stay there because of his zip code. I was appalled to hear this. I would never stay here again. Down right discrimination and as a law enforcement officer I found this to be extremely disturbing.

Do better with night security so guests feel more safe when they vehicles are parked outside

Cons:

No security guards at night monitoring the parking lot 5 vehicles were broken into the 1 st night I stayed! Thank goodness mines wasn’t one of them. Glass from the broken windows were still in the parking lot the next night I stayed. Staff didn’t clean up glass in parking lot

Very bad! And they took my incidentals and I cleaned all 3rooms like I would with any other hotel..

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center. From the moment we arrived, the service from both management and housekeeping felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Instead of being treated like valued guests, we felt unfairly judged and stereotyped.

We reserved multiple rooms for family members who were simply gathering to spend time together. There was no party, no disturbances, and we respected the hotel’s quiet hours. Despite this, staff made assumptions that were uncomfortable and disrespectful, which took away from what should have been a pleasant stay.

Customer service is about treating every guest with fairness and respect, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. I hope the hotel takes time to address how guests are approached and spoken to so others do not have a similar experience.
