Great hotel with big rooms, for Minneapolis good prices as well. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast for American standards great!

Great service, good food, but a few frustrating challenges.
Pros:

The location (near my sister) and the facilities were awesome.

Cons:

Some previous room tenant had smeared cheese above the bedroom door that had dried, and wasn’t cleaned. 😞 Also, our keys failed to get us in the pool or through the exterior doors after 10 pm without assistance even after getting a new key calibrated). We had no “do not disturb” door handle sign.

Quiet, breakfast and chef

Cons:

Everything outdated. Furniture was old with tears in it. Room was never cleaned. Had to ask for soap. No soap in dispenser…. I can keep going. For that hotel to be Hilton. Absolutely not good.

I would go there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The hotel and our room were clean and well kept. Staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. The elevator moved quickly between floors.

Cons:

The wakeup call I asked for was never done. The replacement lotion I asked for was not done.
