Pros:

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center. From the moment we arrived, the service from both management and housekeeping felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Instead of being treated like valued guests, we felt unfairly judged and stereotyped.

We reserved multiple rooms for family members who were simply gathering to spend time together. There was no party, no disturbances, and we respected the hotel’s quiet hours. Despite this, staff made assumptions that were uncomfortable and disrespectful, which took away from what should have been a pleasant stay.

Customer service is about treating every guest with fairness and respect, and unfortunately that was not our experience here. I hope the hotel takes time to address how guests are approached and spoken to so others do not have a similar experience.

Didn’t stay.i slept on my daughters couch!!

Can’t say how the property was. They canceled my reservation and I had no room to stay in

The rude arrogant woman who wouldn’t check me in and refused to work with me and didn’t care if I stayed at the property or not!!

Cons:

My phone in the room didn't work and I be been here for about a week and didn't receive all of the honors points. I only got them for 2 days stay. I'm still at the hotel, I extended my stay.
