Doubt I will be back, ERIC ruined it for me & my family

Aldo at the Front Desk made a tremendous recovery after the previous staff, Eric was the complete opposite of Customer service

Cons:

Eric at the front desk was rude and unprofessional with my wife and son. I had booked via Booking, noting in the Res it was for my wife and son, which I have done before. Apparently that info doesn't go to the Property, which I understand. However she had the Booking # and we could have verified CC# and at least gotten to the room at 10:40pm. Instead, he won't speak to me on the phone, so while overseas I had to call Booking and add her on. I understand perhaps not per policy, but you have a CC# from the Res, plus her CC for incidental, and a lady with an 8 year old at 10:40pm; you can't practice some good customer service and get them in the room?

Carpet was not dry beds to soft, early check in was to expensive, breakfast was ok. Always stay at Hilton property. Not staying at this property..

Good location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Gathering area off lobby was available for us to play board games after riding the "Hogwarts" train in Perris. Will stay there again. Good variety of restaurants very close.

The location was perfect near the mall and lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The access to the pool is kind of weird we had to exit the building into the parking lot to enter the pool area.

Fragrance-Free!
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Perfect location for the event we were attending. But the best part was the smell! We walked into the lobby and weren't hit by the usual noxious "scent" that is pumped throughout most hotels these days. Instead, it smelled normal. Breathable. Clean has no smell. Such a welcome relief. We had asked for a fragrance-free room and they said they could tell housekeeping not to spray Febreze after cleaning. They did that, and we were able to be in the room without coughing and sneezing (Febreze coats the sinuses and lungs). Made for a nice night's sleep. Will happily come back.
