Absolutely terrible experience
Pros:

It one thing

Cons:

All the rooms were unclean and they changed my rooms as I told them that the room they put me in was dirty then the relocated me to another dirty room 😭

Would stay here again. I think it is the best place to stay in Palmer Street, having stayed at most of the others.

Really happy with this property, will book it again.

Very comfortable beds and pillows, walking distance to the football and Palmer Street, clean and welcoming

Great place, location, view with all the amenities if only the beds were as comfortable as everything else.

Cons:

The spa was cold and wouldn’t heat. We booked her for the spa so girls could recover after football games.

The beds and pillows were really hard and so didn’t sleep well.

Great room for what we needed as we were out most of the time.
Pros:

Room was good, staff were great.

Cons:

Some dodgy types of people hanging out in the street towards the local pubs. One of our 4 nights we had to evacuate the hotel due to a fire alarm, but we were back inside within 30 minutes. No staff at reception during this incident to keep the guests informed, etc.

This property was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere we needed to be: restaurants/galleries/CBD etc. And appreciated the complimentary parking!

Pros:

Colchón muy cómodo y habitación amplia, la Recepcionista Mariana (Argentina) muy agradable y servicial.
Tiene plaza de Garaje sin coste y la ubicación muy céntrica para ir caminando a todas las zonas más importantes de Townsville.
