Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral. Wenn auch zuerst schwierig zu finden (Eingang für Autos in einer Straße, Fußgängereingang in einer anderen) und beide führen in 2. Reihe auf den Hoteleingang zu. Uberfahrer fanden sich nicht.
Das Zimmer war groß, bietet etwas Stauraum, wenn auch nicht genug um zwei Koffer auszupacken. Also kannst du schon aber kannst es nicht verstauen. Die Küche ist minimalistisch eingerichtet und funktioniert.
In der 3. Etsge konnten wir das Meer sehen, die Aussicht ist top. Der Außenpool sieht aus, als könnte man gut schwimmen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Durch den Hoteleingang und den Parkplatz war es in unserem Zimmer leider taghell. Und die Lüftung oder irgendwas anderes dröhnt beinahe rund um die Uhr, sodass schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich war.
Poolhandtücher benötigen 10 Euro Deposit genauso wie die Safenutzung.
Eigentlich ist es wohl ein Nichtraucherhotel aber auf den Balkonen darf geraucht werden.
Der Spabereich ist leider nicht ernst zu nehmen und lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Abgesehen davon, dass man entspannt auf den Parkplatz schaut, ist er ungemütlich, kühl und zugig. Der Pool wird in eine Richtung so flach, dass Bahnen schwimmen schwierig ist. Man sollte duschen vorab und Badekappe tragen, Personal war aber nicht vorhanden, um das mal zu prüfen.
Der Whirlpool ist kaum lauwarm und blubbert auf Sparflamme, unnötig da drin rumzusitzen. Am Pool sind die Toiletten. Türen schön weit offen, für die gute Aussicht.
Sauna und Dampfbad sind eingebaute recht kleine Anlagen. Sitzt du in der Sauna, hörst du die Gäste im Dampfbad reden, oben drüber den Fitnesbereich. Sauna hatte konstant 54 Grad. Wer's mag...
In der Sauna fehlt die Sanduhr. Ist bekannt aber naja, ja is halt so, sagt man.
Ansonsten latschen auch Gäste in Straßenklamotten mal durch zum Gucken.
Sind ohnehin die einzigen Toiletten im Erdgeschoss.
Dafür geht man dann in Badesachen durch die Bar im 1. OG, wenn man in den Außenpool will und schwimmt vorm Frühstücksrestaurant.

Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli, jossa erinomainen aamiainen.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Hotellin sijainti todella hyvä. Asiakkaita oli vähän, joten hotelli oli varsin hiljainen, mikä ei minua haitannut. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Span saunaa koskien annoin hotellille kehittämisideoita, mm. lauteet olivat kunnostuksen tarpeessa. Hieronta spassa oli hyvä, henkilökunta oikein ystävällistä.

Pros:

Hotel ultra fonctionnel et propre, bien situé et chambres spacieuses, équipements Hammam et piscine en bon état.

Cons:

Établissement froid et sans âme, éclairage et ambiance blafard, personnel assez peu aimable.
Rien de digitalisé, donc besoin de récupérer des coupons pour le petit déjeuner, de laisser un deposit cash pour chaque serviette de piscine, room service à 8 euros de supplément etc...
Manque d'hospitalité et de service au client.

Good value for money – I recommend it.
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from the marina and downtown. Breakfast was okay. Cleanliness was okay; the indoor pool is a comfortable temperature. Plenty of private parking spaces (for an extra fee).

Cons:

There is an occasional sewer smell around the hotel and on the balcony, but that’s just part of the island experience. The hotel charges a lot of small fees and deposits for everyday items (they’ve probably had bad experiences in the past—for example, with towel rentals).

The best value for money in the area
Pros:

We spent 10 days in a one-bedroom apartment with 2 kids here and everybody was really happy. The apartment is a little tight for 4 but given we were only sleeping there, that was totally enough. The mini-kitchen was functional and actually allows you to save on restaurants when you are not that hungry -- a very useful feature for stays with kids.
The internet was very fast and reliable -- and you don't need to reconnect every 24h as in many other hotels.
We didn't use the outdoor pool due to rains but the indoor pool gives a perfect opportunity to relax after a long day. And there's also a steam room there!
Breakfasts are not super-fancy but provide a nice variety of good food including honeycomb, nice coffee and pancakes from a pancake machine!

Cons:

Not that we didn't like that, rather a note. The hotel is not brand new; there is some tear and wear. You can note it from squeaking doors, some extra silicone in bacthoomes, etc. But unlike many other hotels, it is actually taken care of. Everything works and nothing is falling apart. This makes it probably the best value for money in the area!
