Apartamento com boas dimensões para a nossa família. Funcionários simpáticos e acolhedores.

Cons:

Apartamento, à chegada com cheiro a humidade.
Sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas, podia ter mais um "mimo" de boas vindas aos hóspedes, para além de chá preto e verde.

Não há bela sem senão.
Pros:

O interior do apartamento era perfeito (cómodo, aconchegante, bem equipado).
A piscina interior era aquecida (ainda que no inverno a água a 27° pareça fria).
O jacuzzi era grande e agradável.
Os funcionários eram impecáveis (sempre disponíveis, educados, prestáveis).
O serviço de bar serviu-nos, mesmo a horas tardias.
Tem áreas diversificadas, de apoio aos clientes (sala de leitura, sala de brincadeira para as crianças, sala de jogos e lazer, piscina interior e exterior, estacionamento, restaurante, bar).

Cons:

O estacionamento no hotel é pago (até 12€ por dia) e nas proximidades não há alternativas gratuitas. Essa informação apenas foi fornecida depois da reserva estar concluída (não reembolsável).
A sauna apenas abre a partir das 15h.
O pequeno-almoço é muito caro (14€ por adulto/dia).
O ginásio e o spa são explorados por privados, pelo que quem quisesse usufruir destes serviços teria de pagar.
Apesar de ser época baixa (inverno), e provavelmente com um número limitado de hóspedes, num hotel com 8 pisos, ficamos alojados no último andar (8), numa extensão do hotel original, pelo que era necessário subir até ao 5° andar, percorrer corredores longos, com correntes de ar e sem climatização, apanhar outro elevador e subir mais 3 andares. Era destrajoso pois todas as vezes que tínhamos de sair e voltar demorava, apanhávamos frio. O inconveniente foi ainda maior porque éramos 1 família com apenas 1 adulto a acompanhar 3 crianças.

Location great, Beds not.
Pros:

Let’s face it when it comes to hotels the only thing that matters is a comfortable bed. This one was not comfortable. It felt like you were sleeping on box springs without a mattress. The only thing that could be said for.the beds is they were off the floor. The room itself reminded me of a college dorm..functional but not comfortable.
The layout was slightly weird requiring two elevators with a long hall in between understandable for the crowded city space but inconvenient if you are a senior lady carrying luggage. The rooms were clean but did show some wear.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star, 2 maybe 3. The staff are very unpleasant and dismissive the first impression of hotel is neglect, garbage can in parking area overflowing, the glass windows are dirty everywhere, the elevator doors are dirty. The rooms are dated, they did upgrade us and put us in a large apartment style room which is spacious but from the ‚80‘s the bathroom is cramped and lacking extras, no outlets no storage.
The biggest is charging 14.00 euros per person for breakfast that is the most underwhelming and overpriced breakfast, the staff barely made eye contact!
All in all there are many faults so in general do NOT book

Camera spaziosa, colazione varia e buona, piscina all'aperto molto rilassante, personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Durante il nostro soggiorno, nella Spa c'erano dei lavori pertanto non si presentava molto accogliente

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Restaurants und Strandpromenade gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet allerdings extra. Zum außerhalb parken muss man allerdings Parkplätze suchen.
