Fast check in, clean and quiet.

Our room was right next to laundry service area so was noisy in the morning with carts up and down the hallway.
Breakfast was good.
Check in was great. I was not pleased with the overall stay, the pool was green and unable to swim in. When we arrived to our room there was old food in the fridge from the previous guests. Very limited supply of towels, my reservation was for 3 adults and a child and there were only enough towels for 2 adults. Towels were left out to be replaced as stated on the paper that was downstairs and I had to go take those down and ask for clean ones. When using the pull out bed in the couch there were stained sheets that were not clean, we had to go ask for more sheets.
Stayed here for a few nights. The property was clean and quiet. We had no issues.

Everyone was very accommodating. We god there very late & they allowed us to stay a little longer after check out. We appreciated tat very much!!
The hotel was quiet and we couldn't even hear the cars on the road. It was very clean.
The only thing was the front desk employee during check in. She was not happy about rooms being clean on time i think because we were not greeted nicely when we entered through the front door.
I was disappointed in this hotel because in the description they say that there are handicap accessible rooms and shower chairs available. This is not the case. If that is not important to you then the hotel is nice enough.
All over website, itinerary it shows check out time 12. This trip was based on check out time 12pm. When arriving to check in there was a tiny little sign that says check out time is 11am. Obviously this has been an issue in the past reasoning for the little sign. Had to cut the visit short an hour.
The staff were real friendly. But the room walls were not insulated well so that the traffic and hallway noises were easily heard. Also the bed is as hard as a rock and the pillows are cheap and small.
Front desk staff was excellent. Always helpful, courteous and kind.
