It was my 50th birthday and I would like to Thank you all for making my experience very special.

Good service. Room is decent and staff are welcoming

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sarah and Saah were incredibly helpful, and the meals were outstanding. I would highly recommend The African Regent for both conferences and dining!

The experience was very good except for the experience i had for my breakfast on the last day of my trip.

An excellent hotel with a first class service delivery. The reception duo Joseph and Firdaus were very professional and helpful in assisting us with everything we needed such airport pick up and drop off as well as day to day needs. We had our own dedicated room attendant Theresa Owusu, who was trustworthy and brilliant with her job and ensured we had a joyous and pleasant 9 days stay. The room sizes are good and environment was spotless. We really loved their food and the buffet section was fantastic as there was a lot of varieties to choose from. Room service option was always on time. This was my second visit and will always come back.

Beautiful room. Reasonable price, few mins from airport, great breakfast, the staff was kind and helpful. You can walk to accra mall for last min shopping, have a dinner at the sky bar (5 min away) nearby for the best views on accra.
A happy, smooth stay before a long trip. Top recommendation for close to ACC stays.

I was pleased with your services. The food was good and I trust you will continue to keep your standard. The environment was clean as well as the location and the ambiance. The room was neat and I was glad when I went to the reception to make a request regarding my medication which has to be in the fridge the whole day. Immediately, I was given another card to hold the fault. That's laudable. Again, I couldn't charge my phone with the socket in my room. Once I got to the reception, the issue was resolved and I was able to charge my phone. I am very grateful. Keep up with your services. Kudos

The hospitality at this hotel is a 10. The staff was very helpful making sure our group had a table large enough during breakfast and dining for our meetings. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable which made it harder to get out to go to work. Overall, I rate this hotel 10/10.

For my first time in Ghana, the experience at this hotel was paramount from the beverage you received upon checking in, the decor, the shopping, the food, the live music and tunes being played throughout the hotel and service was top notch.

Lumy- manager was welcoming to me and our entire team.

Firdaus- receptionist was EXTREMELY kind. If you have a small concern, it becomes her concern and c she will assist you until you are satisfied. She made me feel like family and her heartfelt guestures were genuine.

Evelyn- assistant house keeoing namager- went over and beyond. I I initially thought she was the manager because she was doing things to make sure every thing I desired was done. I needed to reach a friend here in town and since this is my first time in Ghana, she walked alongside me every step of the way. She even followed up to see if I contacted them.

But what REALLY touched me us when I was sick. She not only cared, she checked on me and didn't stop until, I felt better. I didn't feel alone or abandoned while here in another country, and away from my family. She was there for me

Gideon- head porter- was exceptional, kind and made you feel like anything that was in your hand belonged to him to carry. He wanted you to feel light and at home when you walked through those doors.

Everyone did a great job and you should be proud of all of your staff, but I had to mention those individuals personally as they embedded their fingerprint of excellence during this trip

The Regent responds to concerns in a timely manner. The room cleaning staff, Elizabeth is exceptionally warm and interested in your comfort and well being

I had a family buffet lunch, Good food , great taste and awesome service by hostess Asana. Took pictures to make it a memorable day. Spencer's customer service was on point. A big thank you to to Ms. Esther Bediako (FOM) Kudos to the Team!

Had a wonderful experience in all services especially the cleanliness and how wonderful the room service guys were. Very respectful and customer friendliness. One of such is one Oswald on the 3rd floor.

Staff were nice. Food wasn’t great. The location is great and there was shuttle to the airport too. Room was clean

My experience was great. Breakfast is awesome with a variety of choices. The gym was wonderful to use and the instructor was really helpful. Great place to stay.
