My family had to travel to Ghana for a funeral, and we were fortunate to book this lovely hotel just a week before our trip. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was remarkable. The hotel is in a convenient location, very clean, friendly, and peaceful.
We needed some mending done on an outfit, and they took care of it within a day—such a relief during an already stressful time. Everything throughout our stay was smooth, and every member of the reception staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend staying here.
During our visit, I also witnessed a guest speak to the staff in a condescending and disrespectful manner while demanding to speak to the owner by name. Despite the guest’s insulting behavior, the staff remained calm, professional, and composed. Their grace under pressure made me appreciate the team even more.

My stay experience at the African Regent has always been remarkable. The attendance to my prompt needs have been professional and timely. Right from the my arrival and attendance at the reception by professional African Regent Hotel employees such as Helina, Mary and Usman...to the pleasant staff services at the restaurant, not forgetting the detailed room cleaning attention services by Cecilia and others...my stay at the African Regent becomes really pleasurable and a home away from home.

Food excellent, staff very courteous and professional. The bed was terrible, but thanks to the manager on duty that immediately rise to the occasion to change the mattress. Thanks for the service delivery

Good hotel. Good internet connexion. Elizabeth kept the room perfectly clean. Good tv channels for business, news and sport. Formula buffet is perfect for easy and fast service. Could not drink my favorite local beer brands Star and Gulder unfortunately. Shuttle to airport was well organized.

Everything about my stay at the African Regent hotel was spectacular! The food especially breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and outdoor area perfect for relaxing, and the live band evenings on the weekend were so fun. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Elisabeth, Seth, and Joseph. We felt always welcome (akwabaa) and looked out for.

An amazing hotel! Our group of 20 had a great time. The pool, the spa, the breakfast, the staff the money exchange, all of it made our trip effortless.

The hotel was easy to navigate and the staff was very friendly. I really have to compliment the room attendant Elizabeth for doing an excellent job of keeping the room clean and in tip top shape. I felt very comfortable knowing that she would be coming into the room in my absence.

I absolutely love your hotel. This is my 1st time visiting Ghana and because of the friendly atmosphere here. I'll definitely be returning. I want to personally thank Elizabeth (housekeeping) her smile and friendly personality is contagious. Thank you for making my stay here pleasant.

Accra is busy, so travel is always a challenge. Thar said, the Regent is in a safe area, with its own bar but others close by. AND it's not far from the airport, with it's own shuttle bus. Elizabeth & the team did a great job with the rooms

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the African Regent Hotel, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel blends African-inspired culture with modern comfort, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, within a few minutes of the airport, Accra mall, and the meals are savoury, healthy, and sumptuous. In addition, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-oriented, offering a relaxing environment.
