I enjoyed the kind & helpful personnel. With any question anytime of the day/night I was attended to in a kind and helpful way. The bed was comfortable, since I have back issues this was important. A clean spacious room & bathroom. Due to other comments about noise, I had requested a quiet room, the hotel personnel organised one on the backside of the hotel, although there was some sounds, I could sleep well, even with the window open. At the time there was a heatwave (39°C), my room always had a comfortable temperature. Location very well situated.
What could have been a problem but wasn't, one has to go up some steps to get to the elevator. For me impossible with suitcases. Yet the receptionists were always there to give a helping hand.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great.
Ubicación privilegiada. Reservamos habitación doble y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nos habían asignado un estudio por el mismo precio. Terraza con vistas a la catedral. No había disponibilidad de parking pero tienen “convenio” con uno cercano.
No salía agua caliente por lo que nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría que aunque hiciera calor no es muy agradable

294€ dos noches en habitación doble sin desayuno y parking aparte me parece excesivo y mas como estaban las instalaciones, bañera desconchada,tv de los 90, no hay tomas usb para carga móvil etc.
Si realmente hubiera sido un 4 * no me importa pagarlo pero mas bien es un 3* o menos.
Ubicación genial en el centro de Oviedo a dos pasos de la Catedral y de la zona de la calle Gascona llena de restaurantes y bares . Personal muy atento en recepción
No poder reservar las plazas de parking sino que se asignan según orden de llegada aunque tienen un acuerdo con un parking muy cercano manteniendo el precio

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue el personal, súper amable tanto en recepción como en la zona del desayuno!!! Me encantó el trato!!
Que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y solos estaba prendido por las tarde que era cuando no estábamos

No se corresponde calidad de las habitaciones ni el desayuno con la categoria de 4 estrellas. Habitaciones espartanas ,,,los baños amplios pero no rellenaban geles , a pesar de comentarlo.
Desayuno basico para el precio ,,,y tardaban en reponer (habia alimentos qe no reponian)

El dosificador de jabón. No funcionaba correctamente y tuvimos que extraerlo para poder echar el jabón.
