Important information:

New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of ​​the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.

The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancelation conditions will apply.

All apartments are cleaned 5 times a week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed once a week.

In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.

The photographs are representative and the layout of the apartment, location and decoration may vary.

The swimming pool with slides for children is seasonal and its operation is also subject to weather conditions.

Guests who wish to purchase meals together with their reservation must specify which days they wish to reserve them. This request can be made through the special requests box during booking. If you book on a half-board basis, please note that drinks are not included. The service will be buffet and includes breakfast and dinner.

Buenas instalaciones.
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy bien. Habitaciones grandes, limpias y muy bien equipadas.
Los recepcionistas atentos y amables, excepto uno.
Te puedes mover por todas las piscinas del complejo.
Muy tranquilo, no se si por la época que era.

Cons:

Los precios de las bebidas en el restaurante son un robo. 4,80 una botella de agua rellenada del grifo porque venían abiertas y una botella de agua pequeña 2,20 en el bar me parece una estafa. Lo barato de la estancia lo compensan con los precios abusivos en las bebidas.
Ni un solo socorrista en todo el complejo.
A la llegada el recepcionista nos dio unas indicaciones, una noche al ir a confirmarlo, de malas maneras el recepcionista que había nos indicó lo contrario. Estaba allí también el recepcionista del primer día pero no quiso llevarle la contraria al compañero que hablaba de malos modos ni nosotros dejar a este con el culo al aire. Entiendo que ni entre ellos tengan algunas cosas claras, pero no tiene que hablar de malas formas por no querer hacer una consulta.
El bufet en la cena muy pobre, poca variedad. Los desayunos mejor.

Agradável e divertido.

Ruido da animação das atividades da piscina e noturna do hotel, com musica e voz muito altas nos sistemas de som, sobretudo para quem tem criancas pequenas e dorme a sesta e deita cedo à noite. O quarto era vira para as piscinas e palco de espetáculos à noite.

Enjoyed our stay despite temperatures of well over 30 degrees
Pros:

Very clean spacious apartment. Set in lovely grounds . Pools and gardens well maintained . Staff very helpful well run .

Cons:

Noise from kids club every night except Sunday until 10.30 . Windows double glazed but didn’t drown out the noise .
