Cons:

They asked for $30 to remove the alcohol from the minibar, and after I checked out, they tried to charge me extra for snacks I didn’t take from the room. Those snacks weren’t even in the room when I arrived.

Location is excellent, beds are super comfy and the room was clean. Staff were helpful with finding a good local restaurant and were friendly upon arrival and checkout.

Cons:

Even at 11 floors up, there’s quite a bit of road noise that makes it into the room.
