An unforgettable stay at a gorgeous, effortlessly chic hotel with exceptional service and the most beautiful ocean views
Pros:

The room was absolutely stunning, with incredible ocean views! The thoughtful birthday surprise was such a beautiful touch and genuinely made my stay extra special. Every member of staff we spoke was so friendly, helpful and welcoming also always smiling. The pool area is also insanely chic, easily one of my favourite parts of the hotel!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the food was a little disappointing at both Yamagen and Stingray. Given how impressive the rest of the hotel experience was, I expected the dining to be of the same standard.

A very pleasant experience with the staff being the absolute highlight.
Pros:

Engaging, professional, helpful and positive staff experience at every encounter…. A real credit to the management.

Cons:

Amenities and decor were as per advertised. We utilised a King deluxe ocean view room which was comfortable. The one minor criticism being the slightly dated bathroom facilities with a combined bath/shower which seemed somewhat “dated” when compared the entire hotel fit out.

Pros:

Location is fabulous, facilities are great, restaurants on site and nearby are amazing too. The Spa was the bets.

Cons:

The noise from the construction of the restaurant on the premises and also the big building next door was intense, hard to work from the cafe downstairs

Super friendly staff!
Pros:

All the staff were incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable! Special shout out to the guy who was working behind the pool bar on Friday the 21st of August! He was super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Out of your control but the construction site next door was not ideal ;)

Best stay I've experienced in Australia.
Pros:
