Great decor, very relaxing
Pros:

Beautifully furnished, large room, with fabulous ocean view. Loved having a Nespresso machine in my room. Excellent location, 1 block from the beach and close to a tram station. Food at Stingray and at the pool was good, although the choices were somewhat limited. Spa Q is fabulous, especially the steam room! Lovely pool area, lots of space, lots of shade or sun depending on your preference.

Cons:

The only thing that marred my stay was a $500 limit on my room charges, which I hadn’t been told about on check-in. It made me feel like I couldn’t be trusted to pay my hotel bill upon check-out when I was called at 8pm halfway through my stay and asked to come by reception and settle my then outstanding room charge account. It wouldn’t have mattered had I been forewarned, but in the absence of forewarning it left a very bad taste in my mouth. And caused me to spend money elsewhere as far as possible for the duration of my stay.

Pros:

Meeilie from housekeeping. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she consistently made sure our room was spotless and welcoming. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in her work, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough—she truly made a difference to our stay.
Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The time taken to clear empty glasses and plates around the pool was quite slow.

Stay for the exceptional views, not much else to offer

Location , view from the room was great .

Cons:

Apathetic service.
For a very expensive property - they take every opportunity to squeeze every penny out of the guests. Some shocking overcharging . No vegetarian options in the room service . Room not cleaned inspite of repeated requests.

Great Hotel Choice
Pros:

This is our 2nd time staying at QT GC and we find this to be a great hotel. The entire team are very attentive and friendly. QT has 2 on site restaurants, fantastic breakfast, pool & spa, super comfy extra arge beds, rooms and walk in shower that suit tall guests! Close to the beach and tram lines easy to navigate. A great hotel that has a boutique feel.
