Struttura con un'ottima cucina! Purtroppo la SPA non era disponibile.
Pros:

Tutte le funivie sono incluse nel soggiorno e il cibo è veramente molto buono. Inaccettabile, però, pagare quasi 9 € per l'acqua al tavolo, senza alcun preavviso da parte dello staff. Anche i vini hanno prezzi costosissimi che non giustificano la qualità: chi se ne intende un minimo lo capirà subito.

All'inizio abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con il servizio al ristorante, ma dopo un chiarimento le cose sono migliorate.

Cons:

La sala giochi in cantina era poco curata: c'erano oggetti lasciati per terra, i giochi erano incompleti e l'ambiente sembrava quasi abbandonato.

Chambre spacieuse, calme, bien équipée (machine à café, sèche cheveux puissant), décoration de bon goût. Situation centrale de l‘hôtel à proximité des transports publics et du lac de Sils. Personnel attentionné. Petit-déjeuner de qualité (Bircher Müsli maison et yogourt de la région).

Pros:

So stellt man sich solide Schweizer Gastlichkeit vor: familiäre Aufnahme, qualitativ hochwertige Küche, saubere Zimmer, sogar an die Hunde ist gedacht (Handtücher für schmutzige Pfoten am Eingang, Näpfe und Hundebett im Zimmer) – da kommen Zwei- und Vierbeiner gerne wieder!

Parken und die tägliche Touristengebühr empfindet man am Anfang als etwas teuer. Im Gegenzug ist der Service und die Qualität dafür sehr gut.

Angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel mit eher älterem Klientel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer an ruhiger Lage am Bach/Wald - herrlich

Cons:

Parkplätze waren eher eng, die Einfahrt auch. Leider war der Spa-Bereich geschlossen.
