Pros:

J’ai été changé d’hôtel car chambres inondées. Accueil très sympa à l’arrivée Nemea Charles III.

Cons:

Lavabo salle de bain bouché, porte savon douche cassé, TV qui se connecte et illumine la chambre toute seule vers 5h du matin. Chambre sur rue bruyante.

Alles OK! Allerdings nicht im richtigen Hotel!

Das Hotel in dem wir untergebracht wurden, war ein Partnerhotel, weil das gebuchte Hotel überbucht wurde. Man sagte uns, wir müssten in das 15 Minuten entfernte Partnerhotel gehen. Dieses sei wohl besser und Luxuriöser. Konnten wir so leider nicht beurteilen. Unser Hotel war jedenfalls sehr stadtnah, sauber und hatte ein gutes Bett. Modern und einfach eingerichtet. Internet hat gut funktioniert. Das Apartment hatte eine gute Größe. Pool war auch in Ordnung. Personal war wirklich nett.

Cons:

Der Umzug war nervig und hätte vorher per Booking angekündigt werden können. Hätte Zeit und Nerven erspart. Der Feueralarm am nächsten Tag war sehr nervenaufreibend. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Slechtste afsluiter van ons verlof!

De grote van de kamer

Cons:

Het kost heel veel geld voor wat er aangeboden werd. Zwembad, fitness alles was niet open en konden geen gebruik van maken. Waardoor mijn dochter zeer teleurgestelt was.
Een zoektocht voor binnen te raken.geen informatie gekregen of code hoe we konden inchekken want niemand van personeel was daar aanwezige. De kamer was niet in orde zetelbed was niet opgemaakt en hadden ook geen beddengoed ervoor. Na lang bellen met de verantwoordelijke hebben we ons lakens moeten gaan zoeken op een andere kamer en zelf ons bed opmaken. Kinderbedje dat we aangevraagt hadden was niet aanwezige en ook niet te verkrijgen. Waardoor we geen ander optie hadden om ons zoon tussen ons te leggen waardoor de nacht niet comfordabel was.
De badkamer stonk zo erg alsof er een lijk lag of iets aan rotten was.
De parking was aangevraagt maar we konden er niet oprijden omdat we geen code hadden. We kregen ook geen code omdat er niemand aanwezige was we moesten ons maar in de straat parkeren. Waardoor we heel ver stonden in een rare beurt en we met de kinderen en de koffers een stuk terug naar het hotel moesten wandelen.
We zijn niet tevreden en wouden ons geld terug maar dit was niet mogelijk. Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Zo teleurstellend!
