Das erste Zimmer 305 war für mich zu laut...nach dem Wechsel 302 fühlte ich mich wohler. Das Bett war sehr hart.

C'était à la fin d'un jour férié du 8/5, la réceptionniste de Néméa était toujours disponible, gentille et patiente, nous a calmement expliqué et ré-expliqué certaines choses. Elle a en plus répondu positif à tous nos besoins. Merci bcp!

La réceptionniste avait l'air soulée, très peu avenante et à l'écoute à notre arrivée. Je lui explique que je veux payer en espece la taxe de séjour et au final elle me fait payer par carte bancaire. Par contre le dimanche, la personne était très souriante

L’accueil clientèle ; Le personnel d’accueil n’était pas très accueillant. Ses réponses à nos questions étaient sèches comme ci on l’as dérangeait. Ses informations n’étaient pas juste. + 10 minutes d’attente même pas un excuse lorsqu’elle nous a enfin adresser la parole.

Les têtes d’oreiller n’étaient pas confortables, elles étaient trop dure (donc torticolis pendant le séjour).

Poussière sur la table, meuble de tv…
Pas de lampes de nuit ce qui oblige à se lever pour aller à chaque fois éteindre la lumière.
