Private transportation is easy to get. The staffs are so friendly specially Soukana who was willing to help us all the way through.

Breakfast very poor, noise, dirty pool, great location

Property may need some maintenance. Staff are really helpful.

Terrfic location, ambiance and amanities. Breakfast in the garden patio area is terrific and the spread is generation and varied. Overall, service is very good and the bed is comfy!

A tired basic hotel, the rooms are a good size, bed is comfortable, bed sofa is lumpy and unusable for sitting or sleeping, the toilet is tiny and claustrophobic and really dark as the lighting is dark,the bathroom is not good, the basin is tiny, the shower cubicle is small and the bathroom is really poorly lit, the lighting is terrible. The reception staff are excellent 👍 5⭐️,the cleaning ladies are fantastic 5⭐️the breakfast staff are fantastic 5⭐️and the security staff ishmael and the others are fantastic 5⭐️

Was disappointed with the room as expected it to be more modern.

Check in was very very slow we had completed on line check in but had to do it all again and then told to sit down and wait for our name to be called it took 45mins to get the keys! The gym is just a few machines no weights and water broken. The breakfast and pool are perfect and pool staff very helpful. It’s a good location and room was clean although tired compared to pictures and air con could have been better - we had a lovely stay (once we had a key)

The hotel is in an excellent location and is a really good hotel for no more than three people per room maximum. As some of the reviews suggests the hotel does need some attention in terms of doors and decor however this is a very minor aesthetic issue which did not bother me in the slightest. The whole tell was very clean and each of the rooms has balcony access along with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast options consisted of croissants a variety of different types of bread, salads, limited cooked options, omelettes to order, and the usual continental breakfast options. This in my opinion was ample. There is a taxi stand across the road from the hotel where both standard taxis and grande taxis are available. Has a bit of advice look at the prices in the driver's windows which are set by the government/council so that they do not rip you off with inflated prices are specific times. The swimming pool facility in the hotel was amazing and super quiet from the hours of nine up until around 12 p.m. All in all a very comfortable stay with healthful stuff for a very good price and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as long as the small aesthetic elements do not bother you. I will be booking this again if I ever visit Marrakesh once again.

Staff were great and really helpful.

Hotel was noisy at night with Club music until 4am ,reception staff are moody and not helpful. I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was told to wait 15mins as another couple were checkin and completing their paperwork. Found this very rude and unprofessional.

Checking was horrible. The staff were unfriendly and slow to respond to minimum request such as bed sheets. There was no parking so I paid a guy outside and I found my car damage the next morning. The room was not set up for 3 as requested and had a horrible view. Overall the dirtiest and the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in my life including poorest countries I’ve visited in Africa and South America. I typically stay at Sofitel or Hyatt but was last minute stop. It looks like the hotel was no updated in 50 years.

Was a good hotel. Breakfast was good and pool area nice. Staff were rude and uninterested.

A perfect place to stay while visiting Marrakech.

Great busy area

Unfortunately after paying well in advance upon my arrival one day later than my check in date I was told I had no reservation with them that I should go to hotels.com and ask them what happened. This is despite the fact that I self checked in via the mail and prepaid in full for 5 nights.
Emails sent to them and hotels.com have remained unanswered.

Was here for a business Trip, done for my needs

Balconies are not big enough to sit out, no table and chairs, only standing room! Rooms are advertised with a double sofa bed, all rooms only have a single sofa bed. Beds very uncomfortable, lumpy pillows, bed sheets not changed all week. Gym is very basic. When I requested some teabags for the room I was told I would have to pay 80 dirhams as it was breakfast tea and only fruit teas were free. No milk also provided. Toaster at breakfast broken, food was not replenished. Not up to four star standard.

I have been coming and going from Marrakech more than 30 times now and have never been so disappointed !
The customer service at reception was absolutely atrocious !
The lady at front desk just disregarded a few of us like we were from the jungle.
Arrived early cool so no problem waiting until 3pm but people were arriving after me and being checked in ?
She just kept on asking me to sit and wait there’s loads of people here I said that’s fine but they have not been here before me ?
Straight disregard !
Wow then to top it off the room was terrible .
No air conditioning in the room it looked mad tidy the room needs crazy upgrading !
Room 303 by the way the fridge was not working I mean wow I’ve never put a review but this just had to be done !
Breakfast was complete rubbish compared to most of the other hotels in line with Novotel !
Please avoid this hotel at all costs !
It is just not worth giving them you’re hard earned money !
