Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New Buffalo

Enjoyed our room. We had a king bed with a sofa bed. We liked the separated spaces and the clean and well-kept hotel.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Easily accommodated a late checkout and assisted us with doing laundry. Parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and nice! Close to the interstate and the dispensaries are literally within walking distance! Will stay here again!

Location is convenient to access the highway. Great breakfast! There’s not much going on around but it’s 16mins away from the awesome Warren Dunes State Park. Room is spacious, clean, and lots of parking spots.

We called the front desk regarding musty, unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner unit. We were told that the maintenance technician would evaluate the situation after we check out. I had nausea from the smell and woke up with a headache.

The room was very cozy and the staff was very accommodating!!

Nice breakfast was included except the staff for breakfast wasn't that friendly or helpful. The room was very spacious with room for a fifth person in a separate area. There was one dirty spot but overall everything was very clean. Pool.was nice but very small..

My stay was peaceful and everyone was friendly. Check in was quick and I love that they have snacks and drinks you can buy. My only complaint is that the property just has a weird smell. Like old ancient antique store vibes. Actually a lot of the property just seemed dated like the elevator buttons were half broken. Just small stuff like that but I would stay again.

Safe, Clean and Quiet.

Family trip with children. Hotel stay was overall good. Nice breakfast selection and very clean. Big downfall is there's only air conditioning inside your hotel rooms. No AC in hallways, eating areas, gym, elevator, and pool. Didn't really care for the beds, you can feel the springs in them. On the 2nd night of our stay, the TV's failed in our room. Hotel staff was unable to fix it but moved us to another room where they worked which was an inconvenience. Not what I expect from Marriott. Surrounded by dispensaries and the only food option nearby is McDonald's. When we go back, we will definitely be staying in a city further north that better suits our family wants.

Our room was spacious and comfy. Staff was friendly. We were happy with location. We were underwhelmed by the “pool” and lack of hot tub that were advertised in the listing. The pool was a tub at best and there was no hot tub. We booked this hotel mainly for those accommodations.

The hotel was kind of new and the room was clean. The only BIG ISSUE we had is that they are doing false propaganda with the pool pictures on their website. The pool is so tiny and only 5 feet deep and more disappointing was so dirty.
My six year old was so sad not being able to go in the pool. I suggest you to put real pictures or invest some money in the pool area.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the two nights that we stayed. Our room was ready before check in time and we would definitely stay there again.

Overall service of staff was great. Housekeeping was having some logistic challenges; however, when we requested additional towels, the staff was very helpful.

Found blood on a blanket. No air conditioning in lobby, elevators, or hallway. Also found a can of alcohol in the fridge still and also a tube of ky jelly along with flavor adult wipes in a drawer. Also encountered 2 racoons by the entrance at night. Will not be staying there again.
