Was there on business and perfect for a work meeting also comfortable
Nothing
Quiet local to many restaurants and shoppers
The broken fridge that hummed like a diesel engine non stop
I/ and my husband always love coming here. It's one of our favorite getaways.
That I pretty much got cornered by who I presume was trying to get me to go to a time share seminar. It took me a while to let him know that I was not interested and to finally get to our room. He was slightly condescending saying that, why would you pay so much for your short weekend stay, but you don't want to go to a seminar and get a free stay? Which everyone knows, nothing is really free. But the real kicker was, that he actually called me when we were out and about trying to enjoy our time to still try to get me to go to the seminar or whatever it was. To me, that was pretty much like an invasion of privacy on our trip and it didn't settle well with us.
I will still visit this property again, but at least now we'll be fully aware of this possibly happening again. I get that he may just be doing his salesman job, but when he actually called me when we were out, it did not sit well with me.
staff was super nice
our neighbors were very loud from 3 AM to 5 AM,
We had a newly renovated room on the 3rd floor. Very comfy bed and pillows +++
Dishwasher in room was very loud
Had an issue w the tv but staff was very sympathetic in trying to fix it late at night
I was only there for the night, but had the opportunity to interact with three staff members. Two at the front desk (one checking in and one checking out) and one housekeeper on the 4th floor. All were incredibly kind, friendly and professional. I didn't try the breakfast, but the room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly.
Great location. Staff super nice and helpful
Brian went out of his way to accommodate early check in & late check out
Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Shower head was flowing over glass doors and flooded floor but maintenance staff fixed immediately.
Dark furniture and carpeting was dated and worn in places.
The breakfast was awsome plenty of choices. Room was the best
