It worked for us for location. It is time for a update and or remodel.
Pros:

The location worked for us. The property could use some freshening up and it could be cleaner.
The hallway smell should be addressed.
Add benches outdoors for people waiting for pick up and drop off.

Cons:

As I said before, the property overall could use some updating. It should be more current to match the pricing structure.

this stay would only be for a couple wanting to just stay for the night but not for kids

it was in a good location shopping stores close, wesley the front desk checkout was super nice and helpful! breakfast was decent

Cons:

the room smelled weird, the tv did not work, wifi was poor quality

It was in a very convenient location for visiting family members for a large gathering.
Pros:

I think Magnolia is ready for a nicer tier property to accommodate the wedding venue market.
Offering multiple room pricing and common gathering areas would be nice for families.
Offering shuttle service to and from the venue would be a nice add on.

Cons:

The hallway air freshener is horrible. the smell is very heavy.
The bathrooms could be cleaner.
The addition of outside seating would be helpful when waiting for traveling companions.

Great staff.. thin walls

The staff was awesome, helpful. The walls where thin. Screaming kids almost every night I was there. I few nights were nice till Renn Fest came. Thought I was in a porn movie.. gal and guy moaning. Yelling
