This stay was canceled. I have never had a problem like this. I normally stay at Residence Inn when I travel.

Pros:

Room 225 was musty - saw black dirt in dining area vents and in my room - hope it wasn’t black mold - tried to adjust AC to be less stuffy - only got cold but still stuffy -225 is a corner room-bathtub needs new caulk - breakfast and front desk staff was awesome !!

Great place, very close to all the activities downtown. The continental breakfast (which is included) is one of the best I have seen in the US hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and spacious. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook with. Will be back for sure!

Our room wasn’t ready when we went to check in at 5pm, though it stated the reservation would be ready at 3pm. This seemed to be an issue for other guests as well who were trying to check-in, and they kept saying the rooms weren’t ready.

The room was clean, it was just strangely laid out, and only had one small bathroom trashcan. The water smelled and tasted of sulfur, so after night one we didn’t drink or shower.

It was nice we could leave our luggage at the front while we waited on our room to be ready and the day we checked out before leaving for the airport.
