Prezzo del parcheggio dell’hotel ad €55,00 più tasse al giorno anche se cliente, quando abbiamo trovato lìi vicino un parcheggio 25,00€ al giorno.
La colazione inclusa che per una quadrupla prevdeee una colazione per due adulti e due ragazzi (nonostante la prenotazione sia x 4 adulti) risicata e NON COERENTE CON LE FOTO SU BOOKING che inducono a pensare ad una colazione con buffet.
In ultimo ancora più grave non è stata rifatta la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani, siamo rientrati alle 21,30 e i letti erano sfatti e tutto sporco.la struttura adduce al fatto che avevamo messo il cartello non disturbare, ma l’abbiamo messe solo quando eravamo a colazione e poi tolto

Cons:

When booked they did not warn us that there are problem and they are doing construction or maintenance in every floor and my floor. It wasn’t comfortable

Good afternoon,
There is absolutely ZERO reason for the hotel to be in that condition when you have guests spending money. If I knew the status of the hotel I would have went somewhere else. From the lobby/restaurant /bar not having A/C. To my hallway to room looking absolutely disgusting. A guy with a compressor and nail gun working in the room next to mine and woke me up. Which I called the front desk. Then to top off my stay I texted valet 10min before needing vehicle. I went down to the valet stand saw the gentleman told him I was waiting for my car. He then proceeds to try handing me my keys to my vehicle and then he wants me to go get my car out of the parking garage wherever you guys put it….. when I pay that much for valet parking. I expect my vehicle to be brought where I’m standing right outside of the lobby not go and get it out of the valet parking lot myself. He also did that to another one of your customers that was in the lobby this morning and they fell for it and went on the walk with him. Absolutely ridiculous. I stayed in room 744 last night. I am requesting a refund and you can also cancel my Marriott membership. The General manager Stephen Wenzell decided to creep on my wife’s Facebook page after I made a complaint to the property. I have proof of that too! My wife wasn’t even with me on the trip…

Pros:

La calidad del servicio de todo el personal.

Cons:

Mas que un defecto es una situacion derivada de estar en mantenimiento las instalaciones, que era necesario efectuar. Las areas comunes de los pisos no lucian atractivas, pero repito, por estar en mantenimiento en ese momento. Las habitaciones no tenian ese problema.

The hotel room was pretty small but it was clean and very convenient for traveling.
Pros:

I like how close the hotel was to the Metro, it made it very easy to get around without having a car or have to call for ride share.

Cons:

The staff was rude and not friendly when we checked in. After the check out the hotel charged my card twice and when I called to ask why, the person I spoke with said that it was that hold from the room. I tried to explain to her that, those funds had been taken out already when I checked in and the additional money that was taken out was after I had already checked out. She told me that her manager would be calling me back or reaching out about the funds but no one ever did. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge.

Very nice room for the money, nice staff, and overall great value and good experience
Pros:

The room was very clean and nice. Great value!

Cons:

Valet parking was expensive and took long both to have the car parked and to receive the car.

The hallways were not in good shape as the molding and wallpaper were all peeled back as if renovations or repairs were left undone.
