Cleanness and I own a cleaning business. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful every time I needed it! I know where to stay when I come back to DC!

I didn’t get my safety deposits back
Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

The security deposits for both reservations have not been refunded to my card. I initiated the conversation via email. Ms. Deasia Robinson replied that the deposits had been released, but when I asked for details about the card refund, she did not respond. Not sure that the deposits were sent to my card

Spacious and well maintained room. Proximity to the metro station. Loved the pancakes and french toast breakfast.

Cons:

More meals n drinks options and longer timings of the in-house restaurant would be good as most of the restaurants close soon. Printer couldnt be used as was out of toner
