Comfortable
Pros:

It was close to the metro station and restaraunts near by. The room was also very nice and comfy as well.

Cons:

The parking situation, where the only option is to pay $55 daily valet or a parking garage nearby.

I had a pleasant stay.

The location and the check in staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The property is old looking some ceiling work needs to be done especially where you check in and the carpet in the hallways. The furniture in the rooms can be updated too.

In short we did not stay here…
Cons:

This property did not feel safe to stay in. From the moment of entry to parking arrangements. For $55 a night plus tax, there was no secure parking garage. The valet sat around for at least 30 minutes and did not appear to be working until we asked him if was the person to park our vehicle. He pointed us to a secure parking arrangement that was significantly far from the hotel, given we had luggage to carry.

We did not stay in the room!

The front desk was supposed to be finding a cart for us to bring our luggage in but after an additional 30 minutes, no one came out. During this time we saw security let in someone from off the street who did not seem to be staying there as they seemed to coordinate via unofficial channels to be let in and make an exchange of sorts. He parked his bike in the entryway of the hotel and came back and forth a few times.

We never received a cart to bring our things in.

While in our vehicle we were approached by beggars on the street who were hanging out in front of the hotel entrance. We also witnessed 2 of these individuals arguing and almost coming to blows in front of our parked vehicle.

This obviously furthered our discomfort.

From this point, a game-time decision was made to prioritize our safety and stay with local family members instead. I would not recommend staying in this hotel if safety and security are primary concerns for you.

It was a nice place to stay last minute during a busy holiday, the staff was super kind.
