Cons:

Very outdated decor. Furniture, flooring shoud have been updated years ago. The electronic hook-ups so outdated they still have phone line outlets to accommodate dial up internet.

Pros:

close to metro, comfortable, clean and places to eat near by.

Cons:

marijuana smell in hallways and elevator, several homeless in the area right outside hotel or sleeping on ground, road gets blocked from deliveries so traffic gets backed up and you can hear honking on lower floors. Need better luggage carts. wheels were broken.
