Pros:

Staff were wonderful helpful and funny. The location is great. Especially if you like trains, as it's right by the metro. Bed was so comfortable I actually didn't have a backache from travel the next day. Starbucks downstairs has some great folks to send you off on an early morning also. Hot water in shower is a 10 out of 10. Almost too hot. But that's not a thing is it?

No soap in bathroom. Reception told us to use the body wash that is bolted to the wall in the shower to wash our hands.

Definitely would recommend but ask questions
Pros:

Overall was a nice experience seeing the city , and all the extras around it plenty of tourist attractions

Cons:

Hotel could have been a little more up front about fees. Also they where having a mechanical issue dealing with water so pool and actually room water was kind of skeptical with heat .
