Location
The bed was too soft. Room was prepaid and then We were over charged. It’s been 2 weeks and no one called us.
Close to Metro station and shops
They did’t show up to clean my room and make the beds—although it was included in the stay. They didn’t pay back my $200 room deposit—I’m still trying to get my money back!!! Terrible, terrible after stay service.
The beds were comfortable. The valet's were very nice along with the maids
The homeless people hanging around and sleeping in front of the hotel. Asking for money. $22 for a breakfast of powdered eggs was ridiculous!! Being told by booking. Com I could add the breakfast plan to our room when we checked in. That was false. You have to add it when you make the reservation according to the hotel clerk, even though there was no option to do so.
Booking. com. and the hotel management were not on the same page!!
The elevator doors would not close all the way, told 3 different people, wasn't addressed.
There was nowhere to enjoy the fresh air except in front of the hotel and be accosted by the vagrants even though I was led to believe that there was.
Easy access for places to grab a quick bite.
Valet parking was sometimes late and sometimes was no where to be found when coming back o the hotel. Also food was overpriced.
No hay desayuno buffet
Clean and comfortable
Nothing wrong
All ok. Lots of eating places and metro stop around. Friendly staff.
Valet cost + tip very expensive. Near metro but train noise almost nothing. There were several emergency vehicles going by, but a normal hazard.
Location in downtown and close to attractions places
No
Close to the Metro station which is definitely the best way to get around DC. I was pleasantly surprised that we never heard the trains at any time.
The room was comfortable but small for the price paid.
