The location is excellent. The staff are great, but they really need to do some updating on the actual hotel.
Pros:

This staff were very helpful and very friendly

Cons:

In my room, the carpet was dirty. It was stained . The water pressure was almost nonexistent. I went to call the front desk to tell them about the water pressure and ask about a late check out. The phone didn’t work so I had to go down on the elevator, but once I got there, the young man was very helpful.

Would not book there again.
Pros:

It was close to the metro so convenient for travels

Cons:

The pool was broke and they didn’t compensate us with nothing. And their was a loud rattling noise coming from inside the walls so kept us awake
