Customer service
Cars was broken in tires was stolen windows was broken on vehicles
Check in person was very rude
No one came to clean my room or change my sheets. No garbage was picked up from my room.No fresh towels provided unless requested. I changed my own sheets after requesting new ones. Free breakfast was horrible. Sausage was like burned leather.
The room & comfortably of bed
House keeping knocking on the door @10:30 an asking about when was I checking out which too me is rude and unprofessional
K.C. at the Element hotel front desk is very professional and helpful. Every time I check in/out she is always helpful and assist in any manner.
Breakfast
The rooms are not as clean as they should be, upon entry it was dirt and hair on the floor, hair in the refrigerator....we stayed for two nights and was told we couldn't get room service which is CRAZY ‼️.....I NEVER stayed at a hotel for 2 nights with my family and was told I couldn't get room service.....OVERALL, IT WAS PISS POOR SERVICE.
The breakfast meal looks very nice, it had plenty of choices, the food was good.
What I didn't like was that i did not have access to ice for my room. I has to go downstairs to the front desk to get ice. I would like it more if ice was on each floor.
This hotel experience was right up there as worst ever. We had a reservation and I had checked in on line. Check in was literally a 35 minute fiasco after we had just driven 10 hours to get there. We tried to check in @ 430 but were told all rooms were blocked and she couldn’t find one. The woman spent 20 min working on this and then called for help. We were finally checked in by I believe the front office manager. There were 5 people at the desk when it was done. I asked for the managers card and was given the Sales manager card who actually told us how unprofessional the experience was. She insisted she would make it right which was just hot air.
I asked for the managers card again several days later and was given the front office/ food services card? If I had received the actual managers card, this would have been a more private review…. I had to ask to get our room cleaned after 3 days as on line said every other day. I had to ask 2 days in a row for more body wash and after not recieving took one from a cart!
We were here 5 days. The breakfast did not change one iota in 5 days except one day there were tacos. Fine for in and out business travelers but 5 days in a row?
This is a hotel that absolutely does not meet Marriott standards
The TV did not work
Great staff, good location for Arundel Mills Shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic, but a decent selection to start your day. Bar was nice, good selection of drinks and good service.
The room was not serviced during our stay. Plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast not ideal for me.
This was one of the dirtiest, most run-down Marriott properties I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival, the room was completely unacceptable—towels on the floor, urine in the toilet, an unmade bed, a dirty shower, and worn, damaged furniture. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the staff were rude and dismissive, insisting the room had been “cleaned.”
To make matters worse, I was charged multiple times for an incidental hold days after my stay. The overall condition of the hotel and the lack of professionalism were shocking for a Marriott brand. I ultimately had to use my Marriott points to book another property just to secure a clean, comfortable stay.
Easy check in, clean room, slightly noisy kids but it was a weekend so expected it. Overall good stay
