Pros:

1. Breakfast selection;
2. Staff (especially the young gentleman who helped bridge the gap between our limited language with the Gojek and Grab drivers, Terima Kasih 🙏🏾);
3. They genuinely gave us a non-smoking room, Terima Kasih🙏🏾;
4. They stowed our luggage while we explored other areas of Indonesia, before picking them up later, Terima Kasih🙏🏾

Cons:

1. Our towels smelled like cat pee (I know. I’ve smelled cat pee)
2. The replacement towels smelled like cigarettes; trust me, they were an upgrade from cat pee smell.
3. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was soon falling off.
4. Bed sheets had holes / tears.


(Not really their fault, but noisy surroundings from the busy roads)

コストパフォーマンスでは良かった
Pros:

老舗のホテルでレストラン、バーと一通り揃っている、近くに美味しいレストランもあるので利便性も良い。

Cons:

大通り側に宿泊だったので、外のオートバイの騒音が睡眠の妨げになった。バスルームにハンドタオルが無かった。

他のホテルを検討すれば良かった
Cons:

部屋にタオルやシャンプーなどのアメニティが置かれていなかった。
ドライヤーも壊れていて、交換に来てもらった。
バスタブはカビがひどく、清潔とは言えなかった。
密封性が良くないのか、外の車やバイクの音が夜中ずっとうるさくて眠れなかった。

Absolute fantastic, very comfortable, I really enjoyed my time, room 442 :)
Pros:

The hotel is very old but the staff are super helpful and they look after you really well. I am very happy with this hotel especially the staff, they were absolute brilliant and amazing :)

Pros:

The staff, especially the front desk staff, were wonderful.
Even though it was a smoking room, there was no ashtray, so when I asked them to bring one, they brought me a candle holder as a substitute since they didn’t have any ashtrays.
I really appreciated their willingness to find a solution.

Cons:

There were quite a few stains on the bed sheets, but when I mentioned it to the staff, they replaced them right away.

اعجني راحة السرير بعد ما امرت بتغيير الفرش حيث كان عليه نقاط دم واوساخ

Cons:

الفرش السرير كان متسخ بنقاط دم واوساخ مقرفه .
دورات المياه لايوجد بها شطاف
الافطار شرق اسيوي ولا يوجد افطار عربي او عالمي
