Staff were so lovely and welcoming! 3 pools were great! Breakfast was great, would be good if you could get it in the room too. We stayed in a pool room but the villas looked incredible. Would highly recommend upgrading.
Tv needs and update to smart tv so you can use streaming devices- sometimes needed when on holidays and unwell needing to rest.
Great restaurant and beautiful peaceful gardens surrounding the pool.
The staff were very attentive and kind, greeting you and checking in throughout your stay.
The massages at the spa were fantastic.
The room I originally had was towards the back of the property and there was some external noise at night and in the early hours of the morning on one of the nights. After moving rooms this was no longer a problem.
Amazing location, unbelievably friendly staff 20 out of 10, absolutely beautiful kind people, great inclusions with stay, excellent value for money, the Signature pool villa was fabulous. I would stay again.
Some room for improvement. Didn’t get our room by 2pm check in time, no sun bed mattresses in Villa or at communal pools (not having them in Villa was a real shame as it was uncomfortable lying on wooden beds please fix this. Took a long time to bring our bags to reception at checkout had to go back to room to collect one bag and run back because taxi waiting and the staff saw me and still took more time to bring the other bags even though they were in the room. Very strange.

We spent 10 nights here in a signature suite. The room is spacious, the bed super comfortable and the brand new bathroom amazing!! The gardens are stunning and the pools beautiful. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would 100% stay here again.
