Perfect stay at Rome.
Pros:

The staffs were superb, smile a lot and show of passion on welcoming us. They contacted me one day before our arrival. The communication was great and proactive. They even helped us book a taxi ride to airport of next day which reduced our stress of finding transfer services.
Plus picked up our bulky luggages to room.
The location was convenient close to Metro station and old town.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit old style.

Pros:

Otel bütün toplu taşımalara ve görülecek yerelere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Açık bir barının da olması her saat atıştırmalık yiyeceğe ve içeceğe ulaşabilmemiz açısından çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon çalışma saatleri dışında otele varacağımız için otelle önceden mesajlaşarak check-in sürecini hallettik ve otel konusunda bize yeterli bilgilendirmeler yapıldı. Bu açıdan otel çalışanları bize çok yardımcı oldu. Otel bizim gibi kadın gezginler için de güvenli bir ortamdaydı, Roma'nın o güvensiz ortamını hiç yaşamadık. İlk gece yemek yeri ararken karşımıza Il Corsaro restoranı çıktı. Çalışanları aşırı tatlıydı ve yemekleri de çok lezzetliydi. Mükemmel bir fiyat performans mekanı. Otelde konaklarsanız burda bir akşam yemeği yemenizi öneririz.

Cons:

Odalar çok temiz değildi. Banyoları çok eskiydi, su sızıntısı açısından sıkıntılar vardı ve çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemeyiz. Bizim odamız çok sesliydi, otel çalışanları tarafından ne kadar uyarı yapılsa da diğer misafirler çok fazla gürültü çıkarıyordu ve bu bizim konaklamamızı rahatsız eden durumlardan biriydi. Asla fiyat performans oteli değil, belki daha başka alternatifler düşünülebilir.

Öncelikle otelin konumu mükemmel. Oda genişliği gayet iyi. İçecek ve atıştırmalıklar için ortak alanda ücretsiz bir bar bulunuyor. Klimalar çok hızlı soğutuyor ve işlek bir cadde olmasına karşı pencere yalıtımları çok başarılı, rahatsız olmadık. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güleryüzlü. Bir daha Roma'ya seyahat edersem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Aşk çeşmesine yürüme 2 dakikalık mesafede heryere yürüyerek ulaşabildik ve odada herşey düşünülmüş bence. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki tüm herkes o kadar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ki çok memnun kaldık.

El servicio y la atención en cada detalle fue grandioso. El hotel muy bonito, cómodo y súper bien ubicado, muy cerca de la fontana de Trevi, pero igualmente muy cerca de todo y con muy buen acceso a medios te transporte.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi, çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Oda gayet temizdi. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle yine bu oteli tercih ederim.
