Generally OK but somethings could be done better.
Pros:

We often stay at this hotel when visiting Torremolinos, and overall this time it was still good value for money at this time of year with good location.

Cons:

The housekeeping could be improved. The cleaning felt quite basic and rather superficial. Coffee and tea were only provided on the first day and were not replaced afterwards, and the balcony was not cleaned – there was quite a lot of dust.
We also had an unpleasant experience at reception. When returning the lift key, the receptionist could not find the €50 deposit and initially said there was no record of it, which created some unnecessary confusion and stress. Fortunately Maria solved the issue and she is a real star at reception.
Another thing we noticed is that the prices for the spa have increased significantly – by around 60%. Also not all facilities were available.

Personalen var outstanding och
Väldigt förstående med resan. Vi fick hjälp att styra iordning en födelsedagsöverraskning och var alltid god stämning.
Utsikten var outstanding och poolen fräsch. Provade även spa anläggningen och väldigt bra och mysigt.

Something good and something bad
Pros:

Great breakfast, and the guy working in the breakfast-room, was the nicest and most smiling man ever.
The spa was great.

Cons:

Beds was terrible. Rooms was old, and just painted in terrible colours.
Almost 1 hour queue for checking in.

Value for money with a great location
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff and welcome all friendly and helpful especially the guy at breakfast. The pool area was very nice and restaurant not overcrowded. The bedrooms were comfortable and very hot water in the shower which is not always the case in larger hotels. Overall a good stay and value for money.

Cons:

Although the room generally was very clean, the floor area by the kitchenette was quite dirty and looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop, the corners full of hair and dust built up. A deeper clean I feel necessary but apart from this all very good
