Disappointed considering it was my second stay.Gay experience does not sell it to me .Not happy dirty room floor.Kitchen

It was my second stay not so sure about returning no up grade even though the hotel was empty.Paid €50 euro to keep room later again in an empty hotel if it was peak season I would understand.Room floor was not clean dirt resadue.In general not very happy

Pros:

El hotel en toda su totalidad,tanto personal como las instalaciones,desgraciadamente no tuvimos buen tiempo por lo que no pudimos hacer uso de sus piscinas,por lo demás todo bien,aunque un pequeño pero en cuanto la oferta gastronómica,pues fuimos una noche a cenar y realmente por 20 euros por persona me pareció que la cena cumplía con un mínimo de calidad,algo que puede ser comprensible porque es una época con poca ocupación y mas que ya hemos estado bastantes veces y con regímenes de media pensión y pensión completa,pero también en época veraniega y tipo bufet

Az elvárásoknak megfelel
Pros:

A személyzet és a szálloda szolgáltatásai rendben voltak. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A takarítás kifogástalan.

Cons:

Ha már van egy kis konyha rész a szobában, igazán lehetne néhány tányér és evőeszköz is a szekrényben. Jó lenne, ha köntös is lenne a szobában.

Old men smoking, insects, sad hustlers
Pros:

a real dive, nothing but drug addicts, old guys smoking everywhere, reaches all over the place, hustlers walking the halls and in the lobby. The worst place I ever stayed. It was beyond gross.

Run down, old, outdated bath house, not a hotel
Pros:

Horrible, noisy, run down, old. The whole place is really worn out and noisy, They play very old and loud dance music from 8:00 am at breakfast until at least 7:00 pm, that’s if they remember to turn it off. Breakfast is a sad mix of boxed doughnuts, bread from a bag, and greasy items, I guess for the drunks that are still up from the night before. The guests are mostly drug addicts and drunks that run up and down the halls, slam doors, bang furniture around and play loud music trying desperately sad to have fun. This was supposed to be an LGBT resort but it’s really just a washed out, old 80’s looking bath house with roaches in the bathroom, stained sheets, and the smell of old cigarettes. Don’t waste your time, stay in a nice place and have fun because you won’t have either here.

Terrible hotel.
Pros:

It had a good location, that pretty much saved the trip.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The ONLY positive is the location, close to the beach and town centre. We planned this trip to relax at the hotel but ended up avoiding it as much as possible and walking around the city just so the holiday wouldn’t be ruined.

The facilities are completely misrepresented. The rooftop pool was closed with no warning, the main pool is freezing, and the small “jacuzzi-looking” pool with bubbles is even colder, there is no actual hot tub. The spa pricing is misleading: signs say €6 but it becomes €10 plus extra fees for towels and mandatory sandals. Despite closing the only usable pool, they offered no compensation and just tried to charge more. Staff even warned us about using the spa because “there are a lot of men,” which felt uncomfortable for a hotel advertising itself as LGBTQ-friendly. As a lesbian couple, we felt completely out of place as the hotel clearly caters almost exclusively to gay men.

The hotel feels extremely money-driven. A €50 deposit is required just to use the lift to the beach, sheet changes cost €15, washing one dress costs €24, and even a small Red Bull in the vending machine is €4.50.

Cleanliness was unacceptable: a half-used bottle of body lotion left behind, previously used toilet roll, mold in the bathroom, unstable shower pressure, and even a fake closet that doesn’t open. The keycard barely worked, doors were difficult, and the balcony door wouldn’t close during a thunderstorm, taking nearly an hour to fix after being told ten minutes.

Worst of all, staff entered our room without permission while we were out and personal belongings disappeared, including food and makeup items, leaving us feeling uncomfortable for the rest of the stay. Aside from the location, this hotel feels misleading, poorly managed and focused on extra charges rather than providing a clean or relaxing experience. I would not return.

Pros:

Soy viajero frecuente a Torremolinos,y me quedado en este hotel varias veces,ofrece todo lo que puedas imaginar la piscina infinity pool es fantastica,la ubicacion genial puedes ir andado a todos los lugares,gimnasio muy bueno y bien equipado,y la atencion al cliente excelente

Estancia excelente de Torremolinos en Semana Santa.
Pros:

El staff súper amable y atento.
El desayuno bastante variado y muy rico.
Ambas piscinas y sobre todo el spa, increíbles para que la experiencia sea completa.

Cons:

Se podría mejorar alguna parte de las habitaciones, por ejemplo marcos de ventanas algo viejos, y quizá una capa de pintura vendría bien en algunas zonas.
