S Hotel Kingston

Our second visit to the S Hotel in Kingston, and still as wonderful. A little oasis in the middle of Kingston. The staff are so lovely and helpful, attentive and will do anything to make your stay as nice as possible. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an amazing week.

My favorite hotel in Kingston. They have THE BEST traditional Jamaican breakfast options, and continental options as well. This small luxury hotel is a gem in the middle of Kingston. Everyone is very hospitable, and will cater to your every need. Many members of the government and private sector come here for breakfast, so the breakfast area can be a popular crowded spot - the service however, remains excellent. The staff often recognizes me when I return. My mother loves the spa services. I have even recommended this hotel for friends traveling to Kingston- they have loved it. This is my 4th or 5th time at S Hotel in Kingston. My only suggestion is to get better Wi-Fi in all areas.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Friendly atmosphere. Good place for business meetings. Good value for money. Food.....what can I say?! Excellent!!! This is my plave when in Jamaica.

Definitely adding this place to my chill spot list. The ambiance is perfect. The atmosphere is very calm, there's good music, clean and comfy furniture. The service is quick too. The staff here is very professional and friendly 🧡Big Ups to Akeem and Tanisha HC. You guys were the icing on the cake.

The S Hotel - Kingston offered ambiance of home and comfort. The environment was absolutely clean and welcoming. The elegant decor and upgrade of the black and white bedroom just made me feel peaceful. The staff experiences were entirely courteous and extremely accommodating. The check-in experience was wonderful. We were offered early checkin which was great after a long flight. Special mention to Deandra at the front desk, Tevin the bellman, Janice from the restaurant. Tanisha HC always provides personal interaction and is just a ball of energy.
Must have is the Jerk Chicken Panini at Strings Cafe.
S Hotel is a must for your next visit to Kingston. The proximity to everything in New Kingston is favorable.

This is my second time staying at the S Hotel and my experience has been nothing but pleasant. The hotel employees are attentive and very welcoming, the food is great and the hotel itself is located in a good location. Overall, my experience has been great.

We came for a weekend festival at Hope Gardens - a short taxi ride away, and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. I enjoyed the spa service (Pauline was amazing), lazing by the lovely cabana pool area, lounging on the Sky bar. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially the Jamaican dishes - we were here for 5 days and were impressed with the variety and lack of repetition. The rooms themselves were fine, but more basic than the beautiful communal areas. Overall, loved our stay here!

It was our second stay at this hotel. Our previous trip (back in 2015 before some of the renovations) was a good one but this experience exceeded it. Staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. The breakfast is fantastic and the location convenient for the purposes of our trip.

Greetings I simply wanted to write a second review because the employees of SLH continue to shock me with the humility, honesty and superb customer service. The wife and I departed the hotel leaving behind a plethora of personal items including my medications. I contacted them the next day and everything was intact and bagged - ready for pick up :-). Thanks so much Nashika !!!! And to Desandra for assisting alone the way. You guys are a touch of class!
