The property was great, just one flight of stairs up. The location was excellent, with two fantastic restaurants very close by. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and all around wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast there very much. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The metro was a short walk away, giving us easy access to the Vatican museums and we walked to the Colosseum from our hotel.
We were there during the hottest part of the summer, and the air conditioner was laboring to keep the room cool. But it was contending with temperatures over 100F, so that was understandable.
Lower budget hotel
First floor and quiet. Elevator a little scary
I was there for 1 week and really enjoyed my stay! Thought the staff and service were great. The location of the hotel was also fantastic making everything easily accesible. The room could’ve been a little cleaner but everything in consideration it was a great stay and I would happily stay there again.
Excellent location. The rooms were very nice and clean. The only downside was that the walls were not soundproof, so you could hear everything happening outside the room, which might make it difficult to sleep at night.
Apart from the location, my top 3 things to rank a great experience in a hotel is the pillow, the shower and the breakfast, and this hotel was 100% in all of them. The staff is very kind, the room is small but super clean, have AC, mini fridge, desk, place to hang the clothes and a safe. The region is super quiet, specially at night, but have great options of restaurants nearby. All the main attractions are easy to walk to, and is 15 minutes by foot away from the Termini Station. The only "not great" aspect of it is the super narrow bathroom, if you're tall your knees will touch the wall when sitting in the toilette bowl. In my 5 days stay I've seen people all over the world, and also many italians! If I ever need to go back to Rome I'm sure this will be my 1st option!
This was an ideal location for a short business trip that is close to the main sights of Rome. One easily could walk or, if in a rush, take the bus. A pleasant stay with a professional and friendly staff.

La camera sembra un loculo, con una finestrina su un cortile sporco. Il letto è una brandina che cigola, senza testata e senza abat-jour. Il bagno puzza di fogna e lo split dell’aria condizionata è rotto e rumoroso. La camera è posizionata su un ballatoio di fianco al motore dell’aria condizionata condominiale. Non si può pagare 150 euro per una sistemazione di questo tipo. È indecente.
櫃檯人員非常親切、貼心，旅館位置很方便
浴室的排水很糟糕、水壓也很不足，累了一天想回去好好洗澡都很困難，房間地板也不是很乾淨
