Excellent room in a convenient location. Recommended for first-timers to Rome.
Pros:

Desk staff was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for local dining, museums, etc. Rooms were clean and had good water pressure and temp for showers. Neighborhood is close to local transit, and convenient to dining, laundry, groceries, etc.
Highly recommend for first-timers to Rome.

La persona turno noche en recepción insistía en cobrarme el desayuno del día siguiente a pesar de que ya estaba pagado. Le explicamos tres o cuatro veces pero insistía en que debíamos pagar. La persona del turno de mañana nos pidió disculpas por eso.

Pros:

The room was great & the clerk was extremely friendly & tolerant- for my red eye flight taking (30 hrs without sleep brain).

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, professional, and caring.

Cons:

No place to hang towels in bathroom. No place to plug in shaver to shave in front of mirror. Cound use more electricity outlets. Bar of soap so tiny that we purchased our own from a Tigre market.

Great location and staff
Pros:

The hotel is well located near the Termini Station and walking distance from most of Rome's sightseeing. The staff was friendly and gave us tips about places to eat. Breakfast was fine. Triple room is big but bathroom is small.
