Everybody should avoid booking online through this booking.com portal.

Cons:

Booking.com is actually cheating customers by showing discount but when I enter the hotel, I found the room just adverse to the information given by the booking.com. Even I enquired that the rent of the room is less than what booking.com is showing after discount.

Totally fraud. I will approach Consumer court soon.

Do not book this "hotel "!!! Trust me!

Cons:

Everything on their website is fake. This isn't a hotel! There was no hot water, no wifi. There are always electricity problems. It was disgustingly dirty! The sheets had blood stains and holes. It was louder inside than outside. The staff didn't speak English. There were problems with payment. One night, they called me four times and always called the wrong room. All the pictures and accessories for the room are fake. I don't want anyone to experience this hotel and fall for it! All fake reviews.

Good hotel for Karol Bagh
Pros:

The location is excellent and you can reach anywhere fast. It's bang inside the market so your evening is brightly lit

Cons:

Room was old style and even bath was decades old style with bucket and mug.

It was a good location but old property. Services need serious improvement
Pros:

The front desk was very cooperative and humble. They made sure the stay was fine. Always there to attend to all issues.

Cons:

Services need severe improvement! Everything one needed to ask for atleast six times when it would be made available

The location is good for Karol bagh area with a metro not too far

Cons:

Rooms don't look anything like the pictures on your portal. The place is shabby and rather dirty. We were allocated a room in a very noisy and dirty corridor. Room did not natch booking and so we asked for another. And after they cleaned it they moved us to a different room. It was a better room but not great. Overall it was not a pleasant place to stay. We were asked to pay cash for the rooms as their card machine did not work. I paid in cash on day 2 and asked for a receipt but they did not issue one. Subsequently I saw that they reported a no show. I think they want to avoid paying you commission. . we had a room booked for 1 Jan 25 at the same place but I have cancelled it and booked elsewhere.
