A big thank you to Shafqat and Gladys for their amazing work. The housekeeping team have been incredible during my stay. The room was always kept spotless, fresh, and very well organized. Coming back after a long day and finding everything perfectly cleaned and arranged really made the stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

They were kind, friendly, and understanding. They were always polite and respectful too, greeting with warm smiles and making sure everything in the room was to my satisfaction.

Thank you for your hard work and kindness. You are an important part of what makes this hotel such a wonderful place to stay.

Location is good, close to metro, staff was nice. However, to clarify me and my husband are not picky persons but we found this hotel really dated, furniture was old and damaged ,bathroom was the worst, had mould so I requested deep clean, I have to say that we have been offered different room even suite but it had the same issue in bathroom and all over so there was no point , we had breakfast included but went once only to find out that 45min before end of service there was nothing really left , we had to ask for everything which wasn't convenient and we didn't feel good about it , overall I wouldn't go back and don't recommend it.

We stayed at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments for around 15–20 days, and overall it was a brilliant experience. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the hotel’s accessibility made daily commuting very convenient.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Minar housekeeping manager, who was extremely helpful and responsive. We had requested some extra utensils and although there was a small misunderstanding initially, the way Mr. Minar handled the situation was truly commendable calm, professional, and solution-oriented.
At the front desk, Mr. Sajid also did a wonderful job in clearly explaining everything and ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant, well-managed stay, and I would definitely recommend this property for long as well as short stays in Dubai.

I stayed at Al Khoory Hotel Apartment in Al Barsha 1, and my experience was very good. I especially want to appreciate the housekeeping staff – Shafqat and Bashnu for their outstanding work.

They cleaned the room very well every day, always helped with a smile, and responded quickly to every request. Their professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly attitude made my stay even more comfortable.

If you are looking for clean and family-friendly accommodation in Dubai, I definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent service provided by Shafqat and Bashnu made the stay even more enjoyable.

I booked my parents into this hotel apartment because it’s close to my house, the malls, and the metro. We arrived around 2:30 a.m. past from the airport. I had booked a studio before and made sure it was for 3 adults. Please note that I’m also a Hayyak member, a loyal guest.

However, the receptionist (I forgot his name) didn’t allow my brother to stay because the studio is only for 2 adults—which I understand. Then asked if we could have an extra bed for my brother, but after a long conversation, it wasn’t resolved smoothly.

Overall, the stay was not great, but not terrible either. Still, I don’t think I’ll book this hotel apartment again.

We stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
We checked in at 5:00 PM, dropped our things, and went out. When we came back, I wanted to wash our clothes but there was no drying rack provided. I had to call reception three times before one was finally sent. Later that night around 11:00 PM, there was no Wi-Fi connection at all. I tried calling the operator, reception, and housekeeping, but no one answered. We ended up sleeping without internet.
The next morning, loud drilling started in the neighboring room. I called several times before someone picked up. I complained about the noise and asked to be moved to a higher floor since my son could not sleep, but the receptionist, Prayal, only said she would call them. No action was taken, and the Wi-Fi connection continued to be unstable throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the service from Prayal was unhelpful and unfriendly. She showed no willingness to assist or follow up on our concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating.
The room itself was also disappointing: the kettle cover was broken, only one tissue box was provided, and the toilet tissue looked like it was leftover from another room since it was already half-used.
We have stayed here every year, but after this visit we will not be returning. The poor service, lack of proper room facilities, and unhelpful staff make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel to others.

I just spent last week at Khoory Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha, and I loved it even more than every previous stay. This is not my first time here—whenever I visit Dubai, this is always the first place I look for. Sometimes it’s fully booked and I have to search elsewhere, and occasionally the price is above my budget so I settle for something cheaper, but Khoory remains my top choice.

Having lived in Dubai for almost ten years, I know the city very well, and this hotel stands out for so many reasons. The value for money is excellent—I always get a clean, well-equipped apartment with everything I need. Nothing is ever missing, everything works perfectly, and the entire place is spotless. The staff are wonderful, always professional, friendly, and welcoming.

This time, I was especially blessed to be assisted by Mrs. Dolma, a great lady whose warm smile and kindness made me feel truly welcome. The reception team was also amazing and very helpful. Honestly, things get better with every visit.

On top of all this, the location is perfect—close to everything you might need. Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and even a barber shop are just a few steps away, and the metro station is within walking distance, making it easy to get anywhere in Dubai.

I can confidently give five stars across the board—service, cleanliness, comfort, and value. Khoory Hotel Apartments is a true gem in Dubai, and I look forward to staying here again and again.

One of the best hotel apartment in the Dubai. Facilities are very good like bigger room with modern facilities and well cleaned room ,housekeeping staff are very welcoming and helpful. Swimming pool and health club was great. Also nearby metro station, supermarket, restaurants many more facility .
