ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת,מאוד אירופאית שמתאימה בעיקר למי החורף הקרים בגרמניה

הפקיד בקבלה היה מאוד לא שירותי ולא אדיב,במקלחת לא היה סבון רחצה,התקשרתי לקבלה ללא מענה,אחרי דקות ארוכות ענו לי משרות הלקוחות ואמרו שיודיעו לקבלה והם יחזר אליי,העדפתי לרדת לקבלה,שם הפקיד בהתחלה התעלם ממני,אח"כ ענה לטלפון,כשהערתי את תשומת ליבו שאני ממתין לו ללא מענה,תשובתו הייתה:אני בטלפון,אמרתי לו אני אורח כאן,תשובתו הייתה גם בטלפון זו אורחת. לאחר שסיים אמרתי לו שאין סבון גוף במקלחת,הוא לא הגיב,הלך ולאחר כמה דקות הביא לי 3 שפורפרות עם סבון ושמפו,זה לא שירות ובטח לא כפי המצופה מפקיד במלון שנחשב בוטיק ויוקרתי.
