The location was great. The use of a washer and dryer was great.

Great location - slick check-in and check-out; pleasant staff; would definitely stay again

Unit was in an excellent location within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. But overall a very pleasant stay. Great Charlotte Rhys tolietries; the guy at the reception drove us to the unit, to show us where it was, where to park and teh facilities within - which was a nice surprise!

Cons:

Furnishings were a little dated compared to other units in which I have stayed in the same area.

It was great. It's a little confusing because there are several entrances. Best to find the one closest to your unit

Akşam misafirimiz geldi güvenlik sinirli bir şekilde giremezler dedi, güvenlik personeli misafirlerimizib sitenin kapısına gelmesi nedeniyle sabahın ilk saatlerinde mesaj atmışlar 500 rand ceza yazıldı diye. O sırada uyuduğum için telefonu duymadım. Daha sonra evdeki telefondan tarafıma ulaşarak acil şekilde 500 Rand getirmem gerektiğini ve ceza yazıldığını söylediler. Kendilerine o anda uyuduğumu ve gün içerisinde uğrayabileceğimi belirtmeme rağmen son derece saygısız ve uygunsuz bir üslupla konuştular.

Ayrıca konaklama süresince çeşitli sorunlar yaşadım. Havuzun içerisinde kum ve çok sayıda ölü böcek bulunuyordu. Yerden ısıtma sistemi ile klima düzenli ve stabil şekilde çalışmıyordu. Bunun yanında banyonun havalandırması sürekli çalışıyor, kapatılamıyordu. Yaşanan bu olumsuzluklar dikkate alınmadan tarafıma ceza uygulanması ve sonrasında maruz kaldığım üslup kabul edilebilir değildir.
3 sene önce yine gelmiştik böyle şeylerle karşılaşmamıştık.

Location is brilliant and the room is comfortable and well equipped

Cons:

Arriving after midnight, check in process was a bit confusing.
Bed is low but once we got used to it was OK.
Minor issues not affecting an enjoyable, all too short, stay.
