Smooth Check-in and Helpful Team
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. I would like to especially thank Yudi at reception for his warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful attitude. He made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, and his friendliness really stood out.

I would also like to express my appreciation to the staff member who assisted with my luggage. Although I didn’t catch his name, he was very courteous, helpful, and made me feel comfortable right from the moment I arrived.

Overall, the service was excellent, and I truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality shown by the team

Leichter Zugang vom Flughafen. Ideal für eine Zwischennacht. Bett bequem. Gute Aussicht auf Rollfeld.

Cons:

Ausstattung herunter gekommen und generell schmutzig. Haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Prima locatie om tussen 2 vluchten te verblijven.
Pros:

Prima ligging in T2 voor het nemen van een binnenlandse vlucht. Comfortabel en rustig, goed eten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Vrij prijzig voor een nachtje. De gratis shuttle vanaf T3 duurde veel te lang, ondanks contact via WhatApp. Niet fijn als je moe bent na een reis van 20 uur.

Very adequate for an overnight stopover 10/10
Pros:

3rd time I have stayed here, staff always so polite and welcoming. The hotel is functional could do with a freshen up but for the price and convenience it’s perfect. Breakfast always good.

Cons:

No communication , I was asking for the shuttle and no one came back to me at all.
This hotel is definitely not 4 star!!!! I wouldn't give 3 to be honest, bedding with stains when we asked it has been changed for another set ... with stains, hotel smells I dont know cigarettes? Breakfast poor, not recommended to anyone. Booking should adjust hotel rating. Cups tee and coffee in the room but no kettle:-)
Save yourself and book another place, taxis are cheap.
