Lapsille mukava, aikuisille kohtalainen.
Pros:

Useampi allas ja sopivia lapsille. Tarjoilijat olivat hyvin lapsiystävällisiä.

Cons:

Huoneet jo aikansaeläneet. Palvelussa parantamisen varaa: esimerkiksi kuivausrumnut meni rikki ja itse piti juosta selvittämässä asiaa ilman hyvityksiä (eikä konetta edes korjattu). Olisin myös toivonut streamaus mahdollisuutta yhdelle illalle ja sanottiin vain että osta joku oma kaapeli. Ei siis ollenkaan avuliasta tai että olisivat yrittäneet selvittää asiakkaalle miten saisimme onnistumaan show’n katsomisen hotellilla tai jossain muualla. Kuntosalilla hyvin vähän mitään ja jo melko epäsiisti. Ruokalassa kaikui.

La restauration n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues : l'espace est très bruyant et très austère. Surtout la nourriture n'est pas de qualité. J'étais en demi pension et les boissons n'étaient pas comprises et la gestion des boissons est très mauvaise et le personnel très mal aimable.

Meget bra utvalg i restauranten der vi spiste frokost og middag (halvpensjon). Alltid mange fiskeretter, kjøttretter, grønnsaker, frukt og dessert.
God størrelse på soverom og stue.

CUCARACHAS EN LA HABITACIÓN

Lo único bueno del lugar, la ubicación.

En el cuarto había CUCARACHAS en el baño. Se avisó al personal hasta en tres ocasiones y la única solución que nos dieron fue darnos un spray para que lo echáramos en el cuarto. No nos ofrecieron ni el cambio de habitación. También el personal entró el primer día a la habitación sin llamar a la puerta. Nos dijeron que habláramos con la Dirección del hotel y resulta que la dirección del hotel no estaba porque libraba. El personal fue muy maleducado y el primer día también escanearon nuestros DNI cuando la AEPD ya ha informado con la nueva ley que no está permitido solicitar una copia del DNI o pasaporte en los hospedajes. Lo dijimos y nos dijeron que no lo habían escaneado, pero Natalia, la subdirectora del complejo, nos admitió que efectivamente escaneaban todos los DNI de las personas que se hospedan. Pedimos que nos reembolsaran el dinero por las cucarachas, por no hacernos caso y por todo. Como decían que no se nos podía devolver el dinero porque la reserva estaba hecha por BOOKING aunque la pagamos allí al llegar, nos dieron la posibilidad de volver al hotel a pasar un par de días gratis pero... ¿quién va a querer volver a un lugar donde hay cucarachas y donde el trato ha sido tan pésimo?

Weather in Tenerife is always good.

Good place for families with children.

Cons:

Property looks like surviving big economical depression. In rooms no ceiling lights, all equipment much used, no USB ports, infrastructure not renovated last at least couple of years. On booking it is wrongly configured i.e. small childs in Booking are pointed as for free and once we arrived we have been asked to add 400 EUR more… Hotel staff hardly speak English
