It was warm and dry.

I've been searching this app all morning for a place to leave a review about our stay. We booked the location so we could relax, after driving 3 hrs in the ice, before our baby had to go into surgery first thing this morning. Upon arrival we immediately see there's no pool nor hot tub. Perturbed we head to the room, initial inspection I find a broken syringe needle next to the bed and the walls look like they're oozing there's so much, I don't know what, running down the walls. It was late and we needed rest. The sheets were clean. Then went to soak in the bath before turning in. Black gunk flaked off out of a jet and was floating in the bath, who knows if that carries anything infectious. Not to mention the hairball in the drain and the roaches that came out to visit while we were in the bathroom. Can you please let me know the best way to go about this process? We could NOT rest at all before having to be at the hospital extremely early. Our trip turned out to be more stressful by trying to arrive safely. Thank you for your time. I look forward to your return message asap please.

Cons:

The fact I requested online smoking room, only to be fined $60.00 dollars for doing so.then to find out that the entire hotel was smoke free. Find by the hotel. Which was stated on my receipt that a person never reads when checking in.
