Middenin de stad. Was wel erg luidruchtig in de avond tussel alle bars maar zelfs dat was niet zo erg, toplocatie!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I love the location and shopping. I wish air-conditioning was better.

The Personal & Service was awesome! They all have a golden heart.

Extremely loud music on the street until 3 am , a/c not working ,the room had 30 year old red carpet with stains all over , old outdated furniture . People on reception and servers were very nice ! Only good thing about that place is its workers ! Thank you

Sehr zentral. Zimmer war immer sehr warm, jedoch durch die Klimaanlage innerhalb 15-20 min. wieder kühl.

Hotel Astra Sarajevo’da konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldım. Otel oldukça temizdi ve çalışanlar son derece ilgili, yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı zengin ve lezzetliydi, güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamı sağladı. Genel olarak çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Saraybosna seyahati düşünenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Astra Sarajevo. The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and delicious, providing a great start to the day. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

Boravak u Hotelu Astra Sarajevo bio je veoma prijatan. Hotel je čist, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, uslužno i nasmijano. Doručak je bio obilan i ukusan, što mi je omogućilo lijep početak dana. Sve u svemu, veoma ugodno i opuštajuće iskustvo. Preporučujem svima koji planiraju posjetiti Sarajevo.

The hotel is not clean have some spiders .. and toilet leaking water … reception employees Haroon and Amina helpful and friendly..

Very bad property, overall hallways are dirty and very dated. Shower in my room was broken and I saw cockroaches in the hallway. When I brought it up with hotel staff they were not surprised and her response was to ask if I opened my window. Left after one night and rebooked at another hotel. There are much better hotels that are comparably priced in the old town. Do not recommend

Das Hotel ist sehr abgenutzt und hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Im Preis-Leistung-Vergleich gibt es viele andere wesentlich bessere Hotels in Sarajevo. Frühstück war nicht der Rede wert. Personal war freundlich.

Otel konumu iyi fakat bizim kaldığımız 405 nolu odada wifi çekmiyordu ve oda temizliği hiç yapılmadı, kahvaltı güzeldi

Ficamos duas noites. A primeira noite nos colocaram em um hotel com carpete, com cheiro de cigarro muito ruim, chuveiro não funcionava, entre outras coisas. Prometeram ao menos limpar e arrumar chuveiro, mas chegamos à noite e não tinham feito nada. Somente no dia seguinte o gerente conseguiu alocar em outro quarto, melhor e mais adequado ao que foi contratado. Além disso, o hotel está em local de barulho extremo com festas até 1 da manhã (para mim, não foi problemas, mas para alguns torna impossível dormir).

2 star hotel in the heart of the action

Muy malo!!! Nos dieron una habitacion super pequeña, con olor a humedad y un techo super bajo. Pedimos que nos la cambien porque lo que habiamos pagado no se correspondia con el servicio pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Ante ello pedimos un reembolso y nunca nos lo otorgaron. Las toallas manchadas de color amarillo. El desayuno basico, no habia tostadora ni leche fluida, asi como tampoco te comun. Nuestra habitacion se encontraba en el cuarto piso y habia un matrimonio que tambien tenia problemas con el agua. No lo recomendaria!!

Convenient but too LOUD. The location is great, the breakfast average, the staff nice, the plumbing floody, the beds good, but the street party noise is very loud, particularly on Saturday night. So loud you have to raise your voice talk to another person in the room. It does end by about 1am, so if you are the late-partying type this would be perfect for you. If not, bring your earplugs and your patience!
