Although in the middle of town, private and close to all amenities.
Pros:

The breakfast could have more variety. But the staff especially the receptionist at the main desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Surtout l' emplacement, propreté,et la gentillesse du personnel ,

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur par rapport aux autres hôtels de Sarajevo, c'est le moins bon petit déjeuner que j'ai fait en Bosnie. Et pas de climatisation !

Hôtel vétuste, pas de ménage pendant notre séjour, pas lit refait, pas de poubelle de la chambre vidée; la moquette est très sale, les rideaux ne tenaient pas , il était à moitié accrocher; frigo cassé, pas de bouteille d'eau; cafards
la salle de bain et toilette vétuste, sale les joint de douche, lampe de la douche sortie et ne fonctionnait pas.

Prporučujemo svima. Čiste sobe. Lift. Strogi centar grada.

Djeca su jako zadovoljna (i ja).
Sva 4 dana brzo smo dolazili do svih odredišta i atrakcija.

Cons:

Sve dane imali smo uključen doručak no bio je dosta oskudan ali hajde, to je valjda tako zamišljeno. Uz to, svaki dan smo od osoblja morali tražiti šalice za kavu i maslace. Jedan dan su rekli da maslac "nije stigao" , drugi dan su donijeli 2 kom a treči rekli da "nemaju maslaca".
Šalice za kavu smo jako dugo čekali, dostavljali su ih na galeriju iz prizemlja mini liftom, nakon 2 intervencije i podsjećanja.
Sol je postavljena na svaki drugi stol i morali smo okolo tražiti soljenke.
Ali, rokovi su se poštivali po pitanju redovnog gašenja aparata za kavu i gašenja aparata za sokove "jer je doručak završio".
Sve ovo neće utjecati na našu ukupnu ocjenu (10) jer propusti se događaju, ali neka nadležni vode računa o tome, zbog drugih gostiju. Dakle: šalice, maslac, sol i ne tako žurno gasiti sve aparate dok gosti završavaju obroke.
