Personelin çok dil bilmesi konumunun çok iyi olması ve kahvaltısının güzel olması temiz bir ortamda

Disco hotel- če vam je to všeč
Pros:

Lokacija je super. Skoraj na vratih Baščaršije, blizu restavracij. Sam hotel sicer potreben prenove ampak je bilo udobno.

Cons:

Zvečer se zunaj začne disko na ulici. Če si želite žura do jutranjih ur, potem je to za vas. Če bi radi spali kaj več kot od 3h-6.30h potem raje ne rezervirajte. Nemogoče je spati saj je glasba tako glasna kot bi bil žur v sobi. Glede na zadnje komentarje sem se pripravila in imela sabo čepke za ušesa, ki so rešili situacijo. Do 3h je žur, ob 6.30h pa začnejo s čiščenjem ulice in je ropot prav tako zelo glasen.

Samimi ve keyif verici bir otel
Pros:

Otelin şehrin kalbinde yer alması ve hijyenik olması, çalışanların samimi ve sevecen yaklaşımları ve otel sahipleri Hamza ve Uğur Tüzel Bey'lerin hoşsohbet olması insanı şehrin atmosferine daha da yaklaştırıyor. Bu tarihî kentin dokusunu keşfe niyetlenen gezginlerin gözü kapalı kalabileceği bir mekândır şehrin ve Büyük Çarşı'nın göbeğinde yer alan otel.

Személyzet segítőkész ! Reggeli tökéletes .

Cons:

Emeleti szobát kaptunk, amiben nem volt klíma . Volt egy oldalfali fan-coil , de az borzasztó büdöset fújt . Emiatt nem tudtunk jót pihenni .

Väldigt besvikna

Har inget som jag kan säga att vi var nöjda med.

Cons:

Första intrycket var dåligt, ingen i receptionen. Fick vänta länge tills någon kom. Vi fick vårt rum, när vi kommer in dit inser vi att rummet är otroligt dåligt städat. Insekter och skräp på golvet, hårstrån i sängen, badrummet var inte städat!! Vi bad om ett nytt rum som vi också fick..Ännu värre kaos, mögel i badrummet, stopp i duschen, trälåda i badrummet med svartmögel, golvlisterna har aldrig städats, hål i lakan,. Vatten i vattenkokaren som var gammalt och hade en hinna på toppen. Vi kunde inte lägga in våra kläder i garderoben då det var 7-8 kuddar och minst lika många täcken.

Frukosten var också dålig, väldigt lite "mat". Vi drack kaffe och gick till en annan restaurang och åt riktig frukost.

Jag skulle inte rekommendera någon att bo här!! Fruktansvärd upplevelse och otroligt dålig standard!

Not what I thought I was getting
Cons:

There is no way this is a 4-star hotel! The description on the Booking.com site is completely inflated and misleading. The best thing to say about the hotel is that it is faded glory, with the emphasis on faded. The building is old and its layout would be charming if it were not so ill kempt. The rooms need a makeover: faded paint in the hallways, threadbare carpets and curtains, towels that are fraying and hard; the bed was uncomfortable; there were bugs in the bathroom. There is no parking (unlike what is claimed on the site). The wifi was weak.

Only some of it was made up by the excellent location, within minutes of al the historical sites.
