Exceeded expectations - definitely recommend
Pros:

Totally exceeded my expectations. Value was fantastic - hotel was very nice and clean, staff were great, room was bigger than expected, bathroom was great and bigger than expected, and bed was comfortable with great pillows and comforter (we had come from a more expensive hotel in Boston where we slept terribly and then slept like babies in this hotel it was so comfortable). The area is great too we had a lot of fun exploring - all the food options you could possibly want in the blocks around the hotel. Super convenient parking next door. And the cherry on top is they put a couple sodas and water bottles and snacks in the mini fridge in the room that you can have for free. Highly recommend.

Cons:

No view out our room windows (just to another building) but didn’t care.

Easy hotel, east side, friendly, safe, clean, reasonable value. Consistently good.
Pros:

This is probably my 10th stay. I stayed in the windowless room and it was cozy and quiet. The most convenient small hotel on the east side of midtown, Manhattan. Family feeling, easy to come and go, free coffee and tea all day and night, and bag storage for your last or late departures. Shhhh don't tell too many people about this or its wont be available for the regulars, like me!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio (pese a no tener desayuno)
Pros:

El hotel está genial. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está rodeada de varias líneas de metro y se pueden ir a las avenidas principales andando. Es un paseo muy agradable.
La limpieza es un 10 rotundo. Todos los días nos cambiaban las toallas del baño y reponían el mini bar (incluido en nuestra estancia).
La habitación es bastante amplia. Teníamos dos camas de matrimonio que eran muy, muy cómodas.
El baño tenía un lavabo grande y un espejo inmenso. La ducha también estaba bastante bien.
En la recepción, disponen de una mesa con dos termos (café y agua caliente) y distintos tipos de infusiones.
El rooftop está genial para tomar el fresco, subirte el café y admirar los rascacielos.

Cons:

Como sugerencia, diría que podrían poner en la habitación un armario más grande. El que teníamos era bastante pequeño y no fue cómodo colocar la ropa para tantos días.
También creo que pagar dos dólares por cada maleta que dejes el día del check out, me parece excesivo teniendo en cuenta la tarifa que has pagado por una estancia larga. Sinceramente creo que se lo podrían ahorrar.
Obviamente si ya hubiese la opción de desayuno, pues sería un súper sitio.
Pero por lo demás, no tenemos ninguna queja, todo lo contrario.
