Serious Privacy Concerns and Unacceptable Handling by Hotel Management
Cons:

I returned to my room 50 minutes before checkout, only to find that housekeeping had already entered and cleaned it. My belongings were still in the cabinets, and the TV was on. I had NOT checked out.

Management confirmed that staff had entered the wrong room but also pointed out that no belongings were visible. I found this explanation unacceptable. I spent about 30 minutes dealing with their mistake, yet the hotel only refunded the destination fee and related taxes and told me to contact Booking.com regarding the refund.

This experience raised serious concerns about guest privacy and how the hotel handles its mistakes.
