Pros:

A localização do hotel em Midtown East é maravilhosa, próxima a uma grande estação de metrô (Lexington/53rd Av.) e com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares a pé, tanto em Midtown como no Upper East Side. A recepção e o check-in foram ótimos, e o hotel gentilmente guardou nossas bagagens por algumas horas, já que chegamos antes do horário de check-in. Há uma grande equipe de brasileiros e outros latinos no hotel, que são muito solícitos e dispostos a oferecer dicas sobre a cidade. O quarto é confortável, com bastante espaço para se organizar. A recepção fornece café, chá e chocolate quente como cortesia, e todos os conteúdos do seu frigobar estão incluídos na reserva (repostos diariamente). Gostei muito do hotel e certamente voltarei!

Otimo custo benefício, atendimento bom, boas instalações e perto do metrô
Pros:

No geral de tudo, chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto com espaço bom, o atendimento na recepção é bem bom, rápido e com clareza, sem falar que falam português o que já facilita, o cafezinho na recepção sempre quentinho também ajuda bastante no frio

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

I LOVED the staff! Everyone was exceptionally kind and oh so helpful!! Our room was so great and clean! I loved the extra touch of the snacks and drinks in the fridge in the rooms. It was also great to walk in the lobby and have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate ready for you. Next time I come back to NYC, I will for sure stay here again!

I wish that there could be a coffee maker the hotel room and grab and go breakfast items in the lobby!

If you need a clean room, that's what you get. Everything else thumbs down.

Started, with elevator out of order. Carried luggage up 5 floors. We got our workout that night. The plus side.

TV functionality wacked. Had another room number displayed on TV. Staff attendant treid to get it to work, tells me I had to hold remote to the left of TV to get it to work. That was bizarre. Overall it did not work.

Tried to use phone to call front desk and all I would get is a dial tone. No matter what key I used. Overall it did not work.

I wanted to use a small safe in room. But it was not fastened down or secured. Someone could put the safe in a suitcase and easily walk out the front with the safe.

And lastly, all night, when the heat came on, it blew on us in bed. Felt like air conditioning. The plus side I haven't slept that close to my wife in years.

Pros:

Second floor room was very clean, quiet at night, easy to use. 3 friends stayed and it accommodated us easily. Staff greeted us with friendly advice and directions. Blue Angel is close to MOMA so a short walk there, there's a nearby subway station and a Starbucks on the corner. We also ate at a Thai restaurant next door on our first night and the food was very good.
