Pros:

The woman at the front desk was fantastic. She was friendly and extremely accommodating to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Very personalized service. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout out.

Cons:

The view was not good on the lower floor, but we only needed a place to sleep and shower so a view was not important.

Eu e minha filha gostamos muito!
Pros:

Localização excelente! Estação de metrô (53 ST x Lexington) bem perto. Tem uma CVS na frente da estação do metrô, Shake Schak perto, Starbuks na esquina do hotel! Há 2 quadras há um Duane Reade e um Whole Foods! Cama ótima, queen. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro com box de vidro! Chocolate quente, chá e café sempre na recepção para os hóspedes. Eu e minha filha gostamos muito da estadia lá! Agradeço o bom atendimento do Marcos, da Lucimara e da Flavia, sempre contribuindo com dicas e respondendo dúvidas! Fomos a pé para 5th Ave, Trump Tower, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, catedral St Patrick. Também pegamos o Tram para Roosevelt Island, bem perto!

Cons:

Ficamos 6 noites. Em 2 noites ouvi barulho de caminhão de lixo e buzinas…
Também acho o check in muito tarde, mas é o padrão em NYC. E foi possível entrar no quarto 1 hora antes, sem taxa.

Safe, clean and fantastic location in NYC
Pros:

We loved this hotel! We've stayed in various accommodations in NYC, and this was the most pleasant one so far. The location was great, bed was comfortable, the room felt very clean. Water and snacks were included - major perk nowadays! Plus there is hot coffee/tea/cocoa in the lobby. The staff was super helpful. This hotel will hold your bags for you which is another great perk (free day of check-in, $2 per bag day of checkout). Our room had plenty of outlets. We felt very safe here and would definitely stay again!

Pros:

La Ubicación es excelente para recorrer Nyc, cerca del metro y de atracciones populares. El servicio de la gente del hotel fue muy cálido y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. La limpieza es un espectáculo, todos los días te dejan la habitación impecable, te reponen el frigobar con refrigerios. La habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda, lo justo para alguien que se la pasa todo el día recorriendo la ciudad. Te dejan ingresar con comida al hotel o podes pedir delivery sin problemas. Además te dejan para prepararte café, té, chocolate caliente, de forma gratuita, las 24 hs. Casi no se escucha el ruido de la calle, se duerme perfecto. Colchón y almohadas muy buenas. Reponen las toallas todos los días. El personal te asesora muy bien y hablan varios idiomas (portugués, español). Volvería sin dudas.

Cons:

No es que no me gustó, solo es hacer una crítica constructiva... tal vez el frigobar no enfría lo suficiente, pero lo bueno es que siempre te dan hielo si pedis.
Tal vez por observar algo... el espacio de la ducha es un poco pequeño.... pero nada, son observaciones mínimas. El hotel es un 9.5 puntos.
