Pros:

super bien la ubicación, justo estábamos para el festival de jazz y eso estuvo super bien. El desayuno bastante bien para el precio. La habitación tenia aire acondicionado y un lavabo al interior así que eso era super cómodo.

Cons:

La limpieza en los baños podría mejorar y el aspecto general del hotel, por ejemplo la base de la cama tenía una madera que parecía algo peligrosa y mal terminada.

Perfect location, very convenient, very economical, but minimal amenities and shared bathrooms
Pros:

The location is perfect for a stay in Montreal. The staff is very friendly and nice. They allowed us to keep some food in the staff fridge. The air conditioner in the room was a lifesaver.

Cons:

The room was very small to be shared with friends. The shared bathrooms were not clean as other guests left wet towels and trash in there every day. The showers are extremely small. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

L'emplacement

Cons:

La chambre est insalubre (présence de poussières et saletés macroscopique de toute évidence le ménage n'est pas fait, nuisibles observés), il n'y absolument aucune ressemblance avec les photos correspondantes à notre reservation. La salle de bain commune et la chambre présentent des risques majeurs pour notre santé du fait du manque absolut d'hygiène (présence de cheveux et de poils, coulures sur les murs non identifiables, taches sur le linge, mobilier cassé). Les problèmes ont été signalés à la reception immédiatement suite à notre constat. Aucun solution ne nous a été proposé hormis de payer un supplément pour avoir une salle de bain privée. Le prix de ce logement ainsi que ses 2 étoiles affichées sur booking ne sont pas en adéquation avec la qualité constatée.

L’emplacement est dans une rue très bruyante , la chambre au rez de chaussée donnant dans la rue ainsi que les bruits d’entrée et sorties des clients dans le couloir , pas facile de dormir .
100€ la nuit , c’est cher pour avoir wc et salle de bain dans le couloir et communs .
