Par rapport au prix pour une nuit y a rien qui va : mon lavabo était boucher, la chambre n’est pas isolé contre le bruit qui était quand même situé en face d’une rue principale.
J’ai trouvé des poiles dans la literie.
Sans parler des serviettes vieilles.

Wir waren in unserem Canada Urlaub u.a. in Montreal (tolle Stadt). Das Hotel war günstig, wir haben auch keine hohen Ansprüche. Kein Aufzug (wir sind aber fit :-) ). Zimmer hat Klimaanlage, die Betten waren gut. Alter charmanter Dielenboden. Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur (war ok für uns, das weiß man ja vorher). Frühstück war ausreichend (Toast, verpackte Marmelade, keine Wurst oder Käse), guter Kaffee. Lage vom Hotel ist hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich. Ich mache es kurz: Canada ist im Urlaub ein sehr teures Land. Das Hotel ist "low budget", aber ausreichend (man schläft da nur...). Wer mehr Komfort will, sollte woanders buchen (und dreimal so viel bezahlen). Ich würde jederzeit wieder in das Hotel gehen. PS: Schaut Euch die "Aura" in der Notre Dame an....

Very basic. Decent for a night. But there needs to be more cleaning and up keep

Ok Location, breakfast was sufficient.
Rooms were big and AC worked excellent.

Cons:

Very run down. This is a beautiful building. But the lack of upkeep is very noticeable.
Common areas had minimal cleaning.
Shared washrooms in need of simple maintenance and cleaning.
There is potential there. If they invested in the right areas.

Votre hôtel est vraiment négligé les tapis sale la peinture à refaire et ça ne sent mauvais dans les passages. Nous avions couché à votre hôtel il y a quelques années et s’était beaucoup mieux et le petit déjeuner était supérieur.
Je ne recommanderais jamais votre hôtel.

Run: bed bugs, dirty, sketchy
Cons:

Bed bugs in the room with no solution provided? literally crackheads entering the property during the nights, staff very young who is lost and alone during the night shift.
