Pros:

kamer die ik boekte was klein bacpacers kamer veel kapot en luid ruchtig maar na klagen kregenwe een groote kamer met veel ruimte een keuken 3 bedden en rustig dus perfecte beoordeling van wegen dit voorval geef ik hoge schooren.

It was a nice experience in Montreal. Nothing in Montreal is bad as far as we are concerned.
Pros:

Rooms were well laid out and the tiny kitchen was great. Everything you would need. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water to shower.

Cons:

Could have used an elevator. We were packed for a cruise so lots of luggage up a couple flights of stairs. But it was not a deal breaker. Just a little tough with a bad knee.

Very good location.

Cons:

The homeless people frequently spitting and leaving litter at the entrance inside the hotel. Bad smell and impression at the entry.

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner qui est correct

Cons:

La chambre et les sanitaires dans un état lamentable voir délabrés (draps tachés, déchirés, sanitaires sales, poubelles pleines ..).
Très bruyant voir inquietant: on a frappé à la porte de notre chambre plusieurs fois dans la nuit, des cris dans le couloir, bref une nuit épouvantable.

За таку вартість краще орендувати готель подалі від центру і добиратися метро і автобусами до центру
Pros:

Розташування готелю досить добре! Сніданки теж непогані хоча розраховували на більший вибір меню. Досить приємно було, що в номері були електро плита, витяжка та кухонні речі, щоб готувати самостійно. Чиста мікрохвильовка та холодильник. Постіль та рушники були чисті

Cons:

Сама будівля готелю всередині (сходи, стіни, труби) потребують ремонту і внутрішній дизайн готелю теж. Ванна була не зовсім приємного вигляду і вода погано спускалася в умивальнику. Бракувало чистоти всюди! На вулиці біля готелю є бомжі та пяні!

À éviter absolument!
Pros:

L'emplacement par rapport à où j'avais besoin d'aller était clairement le seul point positif.

Cons:

Les lieux sont vieux et sales. La chambre n'est absolument pas insonorisé (on entend tout ce qui se passe à l'extérieur dans la rue et dans l'immeuble), la chambre était extrêmement petite (à peine de l'espacepour circuler autour du lit), je sentais tous les "springs" du matelas, l'air climatisé était extrêmement bruyante, les rideaux ne couvraient pas toutes les fenêtres (donc je vous laisse imaginer le réveil super tôt au levée du soleil!), les salles de bain étaient sales (j'avais une chambre avec salle de bain partagée) et la literie était complètement à remplacer (tachée, trouée, désuette).
Sincèrement, à moins d'être vraiment mal pris, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement!
(Je suis peut-être tombée sur la pire chambre de l'hôtel, tout le contraire des photos annoncées!).
