Deux des réceptionniste de soir a fait bloquer 800$ de carte de crédit prépayé car il y avait des tentative de fraude sur les cartes et je me suis retrouvé sans chambre apres un séjour dune dizaines de jours qu'on a toujours bien payer. Jai parler a la propriétaire et apres verification que son employé etait fautif elle sait poussée en hypocrite! Je me suis retrouvé a passer la nuit dehors a -30°c .

Good location! Very decent for its price!
Pros:

Location is perfect. It’s walking distance to China Town, Old Town and Rene Levesque. There are bus stops as well as metro nearby. Just note that there are a lot of homeless people outside the bldg so just be on guard. You get what you pay for. It’s decent for its price (one of the cheapest in Montreal). Plus they have free bfast!

Cons:

I think the interior and the bathroom could be improved. The shared bathroom wasn’t as bad as in the other reviews. It was kept clean though the shower was tiny. We noticed some pillows had hair. The place smelled like old mold (idk how to explain) but again, we only needed a place to sleep in. Idc atp because the price is cheap!

Le personnel. Situation géographique.

Cons:

Toilette commune très ordinaire. Nous avons vu un rat sur le balcon où il y avait des cochonneries et la porte du balcon restait ouverte!
