Amazing property to stay in while in Paris. Wonderful rooms and Staff.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in what felt like a very clean, safe and quiet area in central Paris. It's only 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame and close to several Metro stations and the Batobus (boat taxi) stop point. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained. We really appreciated the air conditioned room, and reasonably priced mini bar. The room was made up daily with fresh towels and plenty of toilet rolls! We had a 'twin' room set up, which was essentially two single beds right next to each other (no gap in between). This didn't bother us at all, but is worth noting. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel. With only 20 rooms and a 24-hour reception, the hotel felt like a special place to be in, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again should we return to Paris one day.
The location is excellent and we would stay there again for sure.
Great location to get anywhere. Iconic landmarks. Smaller rooms but typical of Europe. Clean, COLD Air Conditioning. Well appointed. Will stay again.
Cute property in a fantastic location.
We picked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning. After getting to our hot room, we checked in with the desk downstairs and we're told that the AC was broken and they were waiting for a part. They said they put a fan in our room. It was a very tiny personal fan. Both nights were really hot so we had to sleep with the window open. We woke early each morning to the city noises. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well, or sleep in, either night.
We were disappointed that we weren't compensated in anyway. Even sending a bottle of wine to our room would have been a nice gesture.
Fabulous location. Beautifully decorated. Clean and fresh. Great amenities. A well stocked room fridge. Safe. Air conditioning. Lovely staff at 24 hour reception. Helped with an adapter for my phone. Staff really lovely to us when our flight home was cancelled. Also kept our baggage for us whilst we got ourselves sorted. We will hopefully return. Thank you!
This was the last stop on our 11 day trip across France. This was probably the most budget conscious choice that we made, but were not disappointed. The hotel is quite small, but charming. The elevator is tiny, but was workable. The rooms weren't huge, but they were well appointed and very clean. Nice bathrooms too. Located in a very bustling area, lots of locals and a fun, vibrant atmosphere. SO many restaurants nearby. The staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning and assisted us with suggestions for dinner. Be advised that there is no metro stop on this island, but there is one pretty close by, just a short walk over the bridge.
A really great 3 star hotel that I have been to 3 times and really love it. It is in a beautiful area of Paris and convenient to everything. Have stayed in apartments in the past so we were very familiar with the island in the 4Ar.
I would like to recognize two staff who work there.
Layla who works at the front desk who has been extremely helpful with information about her city. Her English was great so we had no communication issues. Of course we did know a few French words and tried to communicate to be polite. The hotel is very lucky to have her and should employ her for a long time.
I also want to recognize Mariska who runs the kitchen and housekeeping staff.
We ate breakfast every morning and she was amazingly helpful and very pleasant. Please keep her employed also for a really long time.
Our French was not great but we did communicate well.
By the way breakfast is a extra fee but very well worth it.
This delightful hotel cannot be beaten for location. Comfortable bed, great shower, excellent staff. We find ourselves returning here again and again. Highly recommended.
My husband and I found this hotel very comfortable, charming, welcoming and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood in Paris. The woman in charge of breakfast was particularly friendly and sweet.
Great stay!
The people at the desk while we were there, Denis and Layal, were very helpful and amiable. Wonderfully soundproofed and comfortable room allowed us to sleep well even with many people outside in the street. Great location. Grocery, patisserie, creperie, etc. -- all within a few yards of the front door.
Wonderful hotel in a great location.
Friendly welcoming staff. Great location.
A wonderful small hotel with outstanding staff who responded to our every request.
The hotel is very located.

This little gem was a 2 minute walk from Notre Dame cathedral and also within a few seconds amble of several very good restaurants and bistros. As it is on a little island there is virtually no traffic noise and the cobbled streets nearby have some interesting individual shops. A very nice powerful shower and a little balcony were icing on the cake.
Cramped infrastructure. Well located for our needs.
This place had the best location right on the island. Easy to walk to EVERYTHING including metro. Super friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms and breakfast. Their transportation service to and from CDG was EXCELLENT.
In early-January we had the pleasure of staying at the Hôtel Saint-Louis en l’Isle in Paris. In addition to the excellent quiet location of this small hotel, the charming breakfast “cave” was a great way to start the day in Paris. And the staff was superb – of particular note, Layal, who could not have been more professional, charming and helpful (Denis and Mariska were also helpful). Will definitely return!
Wonderful staff. Top floor room had great little balconies for peering out on the streets below, or letting fresh air in. Great location - near a main Metro station, surrounded by higher end patisseries, ice cream, restaurants and confectionaries. Steps away from Notre Dame and a five min walk to the Latin Quarter or Le Marais. Quiet part of town. Our room was small but well laid out with nice touches (heated bathroom floor and towel rack, TV in riser at footboard). We can’t wait to go back!
