Boa hospedagem, experiencia razoável

Da atenção do pessoal do restaurante, em especial no primeiro dia de hospedagem, no primeiro café da manhã.

Cons:

Da falta de atenção e cordialidade da Sra Helena da recepção, pois no sábado a noite estávamos do lado de fora esperando o manobrista que não aparecia para solicitarmos o veículo, e ao solicitar a ela pela primeira vez, ela estava conversando com outra pessoa da recepção e disse apenas que ele havia ido guardar um veículo. Passados 10 minutos, fui interpela-la novamente, e ela disse que não podia fazer nada e ainda ficou gesticulando com a outra pessoa, ao invés de ser cordial e tentar ao menos contactar o manobrista.

Comfortable Stay Undermined by Poor Service Experience
Pros:

The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious, allowing for a good night’s rest. The main shower is very good, with strong pressure and consistent temperature. The breakfast is a highlight, offering a good variety of options, and the staff is generally friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom bidet shower does not work well. I also had a negative experience at the restaurant: I ordered a pizza via delivery and intended to eat it there while also ordering additional items from the restaurant, but I was prevented from doing so in a rude manner. The lack of courtesy in handling the situation was very disappointing. Unfortunately, this incident had a strong impact on my overall perception, and I will not be returning.
