Poderia ter me surpreendido mas não aconteceu.

Padrão executivo com bom colchão e chuveiro. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção é muito bom. E os funcionários do restaurante também são ótimos.

Cons:

Serviço de quarto não atende às expectativas - 2 dias seguidos em que a cama não estava arrumada corretamente, lençol embolado, mesmo eu tendo solicitado para arrumar na primeira vez. Não colocaram os itens de higiene pessoal desde o início, apenas na última diária. Necessário aprimorar a academia.

Pros:

Front desk were excellent. We arrived in São Paulo really early and before our check in. We arrived at the hotel hoping to leave our luggage but Guilherme upgraded us so that we could check in then. The room we had was great as well… no complaints.

Cons:

We didn’t find anything.

A sujeira, dos quatro dias em que estive, duas noites consecutivas não houve a arrumação dos quartos.
No primeiro dia cheguei depois das 20h reclamei, mas por ser tarde preferi que não arrumassem, na noite seguinte cheguei às 17h e também não arrumaram o quarto.
Se houver uma pessoas responsável pela governança solicite que realizem a limpeza em baixo das camas, tem todo tipo de sujeira.
