Má vontade da equipe em acomodar casais com crianças

Quarto limpo e espaçoso

Cons:

Fiz uma reserva de dois apartamentos, para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) fiz uma solicitação para colocar os dois quartos um ao lado do outro, já que o hotel não possui a opção de quarto conjugado, o hotel não atendeu nossa demanda. Fiz essa solicitação aqui no booking, liguei duas vezes e pedi para o atendente assim que cheguei no hotel e me disseram que o máximo que poderiam fazer era nos colocar no mesmo andar. Por fim nos colocamos no mesmo andar porém em torres diferentes, o que ficou péssimo já que estávamos com crianças. Só depois que meu marido insistiu muito que resolveram nos colocar em dois quartos um ao lado do outro. Percebemos uma falta de vontade tremenda da equipe em nos acomodar como solicitamos, total falta de empatia com casais que levam crianças. Pelo menos fomos super bem atendidos no checkout pelo colaborador Felipe. Uma pena pois já ficamos nesse hotel outras vezes (sem as crianças) quando voltarmos com nossas filhas com certeza não será nossa escolha.

Gostamos bastante da localização do hotel, proximidades com lojas de conveniência e o restaurante também foi um ponto positivo. Funcionários super atenciosos, cerveja gelada e o horário de atendimento (24 Horas) conta muito.
