The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good.
There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent.
I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room, but in my view this should be available in all rooms as standard.

Foi bem decepcionante, cheguei mais cedo e já avisei que estava no hotel aguardando o quarto. Porém atrasaram minha entrega, fui pegar as chaves apenas as 15:30, sendo que o check in era as 14hrs. O quarto é espaçoso mas a cama e os travesseiros são péssimos, a cama é dura e o travesseiro muito fino, parece que esta dormindo sem. Não tinha coberta, o ar não funcionava no quente e quando solicitamos toalhas eles não trouxeram.

Hotel com uma equipe de recepção e portaria incrível.
Piscina excelente falta apenas colocar um relógio.
Quarto muito bom mas o que ficou a desejar foi o serviço de camareira que não era bom . Camas mal arrumadas, lençois em condições ruins, Serviço feito quase que no final do dia.
O quarto precisa receber algumas adapetações como ganchos pois não existe nada em que possamos pendurar uma peça de roupa seja no banheiro ou no quarto .
Café Illy para conforto dos hospedes ( excelente escolha).
Mas no geral gostei da experiência.
