Pros:

Hotel in buona posizione per il centro di Parma, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, anche se la zona è abbastanza degradata. Camera ristrutturata e pulita, anche se con la grave pecca dell'insonorizzazione. Colazione nella media, non particolarmente variegata. Parcheggio assente nei dintorni, bisogna usufruire del parcheggio coperto pubblico distante qualche centinaio di metri.

Cons:

Stanza rumorosissima, insonorizzazione veramente nulla sia verso l'interno che verso l'esterno (essendo al 1°piano)... continui rumori sui corridoi fino a notte fonda. Se si fa fatica a riposare diventa difficile considerare positiva l'esperienza.

Pros:

Struttura in posizione centrale e a poca distanza dai punti d’interesse di Parma, ottima pulizia e camera molto funzionale.

Cons:

L’arredamento delle camere è un po’ troppo essenziale, non è cosa prettamente negativa, ma tende a essere un po’ impersonale.
