Enttäuschende Ausstattung und magerer Service.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage in der Innenstadt abseit vom Autoverkehr und den nervigen Straßenbahnen ist ein Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Sehr magere Ausstattung im Zimmer: keine Gardinen, kein Glas (nur eine Wegwerf-Papp-Becher), kein Wasser, keine Kaffeemaschine o.ä.. Das hinterlässt eine faden Geschmack und ist dem Preis
Obendrein waren auch noch die Papiertaschentücher alle.
Negativ fiel auch auf, dass eine Rechnung per Email versprochen wurde, aber nicht kam.
Insgesamt hat man als Kunde den Eindruck, dass hier extrem am Personal gespart wird. Meiner Meinung stimmt dadurch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Für 115,- ohne Frühstück bekomme ich in vielen anderen Hotels der Leipziger City zumindest etwas Service.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral; alle Geschäfte, Restaurants der Hauptbahnhof sind fussläufig erreichbar; die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und ganz viele Bioprodukte

Cons:

Die Frühstückssituation und zwar von den Sitzplatzgelegenheiten; der Raum war viel zu klein und zu laut für so viele Gäste; teilweise wurde man an die Bar zum frühstücken gesetzt aus Platzmangel

Sehr gut für eine Nacht
Pros:

Sehr zentral, alles ordentlich und sauber, Zimmer groß genug.

Cons:

Blick durch die großen Fenster direkt ins Einkaufszentrum. Und von dort natürlich ins Zimmer. Gardine musste also zwangsläufig zu bleiben.

Hotel hat super Lage, Preisleistung stimmt aber nicht!

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super! Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren sauber..

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu klein und nichts besonderes! Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gewählt, der ist absolut lächerlich. Es ist komisch, dass man für dieses Zimmer mehr bezahlen musst und das ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und nichts besonderes, und es waren definitiv zu wenig Plätze für die Hotelgäste da, so dass manche auch in der Hotel Lobby essen mussten! Wir würden Motel One nicht noch einmal buchen.
