Sehr, sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das auffallend nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die angenehme Atmosphäre in der Lounge und im Garten. Die Lage ist natürlich toll. Stachus, Marienplatz usw. fussläufig. Angenehm ist auch die Tiefgarage und die Kulanz der Mitarbeiter, wenn man gerne noch 1 Stündchen nach Check Out parken möchte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können. Aber was soll es, man ist in München.

the room sizes was not correct.
We espacially paid more for bigger room with a balcony. And eventhough they said the room was ready and gave us the keys, it was underconstruction and painting, very small (not 28 square meter) you can see attached photos.
Gentilment which said he was the manager, was very rude, (he said u can leave if you dont like this room too)
They change our room to cheaper than 16 m2 but it bealive fir single person, small bed, one set of towell single duvet.

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt!
Pros:

Lage ist Super, Frühstück war auch gut, check in Prozess etc. war schnell und einfach. Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut für Geschäftskunden und Städtetripkunden geignet (Zimmer und Bad Sauber - nicht mehr viel nötig)

Cons:

Der Preis. 600 + Euro für eine nacht in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer (es ist zwar ein Balkon dabei - aber deswegen zahlt sich der Preis nicht aus). Zugegeben die Buchung war last Minute und es fand eine Messe statt, aber dann sollte das Zimmer nicht das 4 x Fache kosten.

Es war sehr heiß in München um die Zeit, und die Klima war voll eingeschalten und ist eher eine Lüftung als eine richtige Klimaanlage - muss bei so einem Preis besser sein.

Fantastic value for the money and always the best location in town!
Pros:

Great location - great friendly stuff, clean rooms, good design, cool bar - very cosy and great value for the money !

Cons:

All was perfect - a gym would be an even more perfect add on for a longer stay - but I stayed in several Motel Ones around the globe … I don’t think the ever had a gym :-))))

Personal beim Frühstück sehr bemüht und freundlich

Cons:

Personal am Morgen der Abreise am Check Out extrem unhöflich. Alte Einrichtung, muffiges und leider stinkendes Zimmer.
212 € ohne Frühstück ist gerade zu eine Frechheit. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

The room was quite small for two people. There was no trash bin in the room, and the toiletries were very limited, with only soap provided. Slippers were not available. The breakfast was very simple and offered only a minimal selection of food. The overall condition and furnishings were basic and minimalistic, which may not be comfortable for longer stays.

A localização é perfeita. Curta caminhada até os locais mais famosos em Munique. Estação de metrô a poucos metros
O café da manhã é excelente , muito variado , tudo muito fresco
O ambiente do lobby do hotel muito acolhedor, um bar completo

Quartos são pequenos mas para estadias curtas é o ideal
