Great breakfast, simple but enjoyable and enough to start your day

Breakfast was good. Room temp was comfy in spite of high temps outside. I liked the decor.
Had an excellent dinner at their in-house restaurant. After I made reservations a month or so earlier, got an email from staff advising me to make dinner reservations at their restaurant ("Ruse") a week or two ahead because demand was usually high. I thought that was good.
Also, when I asked a couple of subsequent questions via email I received prompt responses. That was good.
Parking very tight when we arrive Saturday. However we managed.
My side of the bed was not firm, I could almost fall off. (Room 403)
Bathroom was pretty tight. Good shower, though.
When we arrived lady at desk spoke very quickly and without a smile. I didn't feel terribly welcomed. Subsequent interactions with other staff were better. Although at breakfast, when the attendant brought salt and pepper which my wife had requested. she noted that people didn't usually ask for salt and pepper. I didn't find that helpful.
Lost water pressure one day
Location is great and property is quite unique considering the buildings are separated across the street but it works! The aesthetic is beautiful.
The room was cozy and the bed was quite comfortable. The only negative is the lack of black out blinds so the sun came in quite strong even with the plantation blinds pulled as tight as we could get them.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The hotel is perfectly located and everything is clean and comfortable. They have thought of every little detail to make your stay enjoyable.

Location was perfect - walkable to everything! Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. We were in a room across the street and since we had lovely weather it felt fun. The included bikes were a great bonus as well as the fire pit with nightly smores! A fun little thoughtful touch. Nice amenities in the bathroom. And the restaurant Ruse was a delicious meal with friendly waiters!
As other reviews note the rooms were not as quiet (could hear your neighbors a bit) but the sound machine in the room was very helpful to sleep. Would have loved breakfast to be a bit more robust but it was better than nothing! And the coffee was good.

I like the staff and decorations, room is clean. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Well, let me tell you. I know it was continental breakfast and the food was great but for the most part, it was cold. Also, there was no means (microwave, etc) for customers to warm up their meal.
Joli hôtel bien placé dans Saint Michaels. La décoration est soignée, la chambre n’est pas très spacieuse mais confortable. Bon petit déjeuner
Quelques points à améliorer : il n’y a pas de lobby et il n’est pas possible de prendre une boisson chaude dans l’après midi (le restaurant n’est pas ouvert pour cela et il n’y a pas de plateau de courtoisie dans les chambres). Il n’y a pas de liseuse près du lit (uniquement des suspensions assez puissantes), ni d’endroit pour poser les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le prix pour une nuit est assez élevé.
