Pros:

This resort is amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful, always available to assist you with anything you need. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. It is so clean! The property and views are magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. And I will definitely be staying here again.

This is the 2nd time I say there andI love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is amazing and the thermal pool area is like an oasis. Definitely recommend to stay here you’ll love it. Oh and the view of the volcano is beautiful!

My wife and I had our honeymoon here September 2025. The staff were absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about each and every single one of them. I hate to just point out a few but Dorian and Valentina made us feel like family! We couldn’t walk by them without wanting to stop by and carry conversation. They was so amazing and so accommodating in every way. My wife and I thank you so much!

The moment we entered the lot the staff was very attentive and helpful! They explain everything to us and how to get around the resort! They went the extra mile to set up a cute birthday set up for my boyfriend on such a short noticed I gave them. They did everything great! Definitely recommend this place because a lot of excursions pick you up from here. I loved the hotsprings and they are open till 10pm and it’s just a nice relaxing area where you can still see the volcano.

Very nice hotel and location,I would definitely recommend and for the next time visiting La fortuna I’ll stay eather at tabacon or baldi despite the 3 hour drive trough thous mountain
