Significantly overrated hotel, belongs in the 3 stars /low 4 stars category. Rooms/furniture are very old, used. Food is around a weak taverna. But the taverna would use fresh ingredients. This hotel (dinner) lives from defrosting. Service peaple are not trained, have low attention to customers. Reception is okay however. Still, no recommendation, far too expensive for what they offer and really to poor food quality for Italy. Don't waste your vacation days.

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

Just returned from a memorable 5 nights at Borgobianco and can highly recommend it. All the staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Desiree who welcomed us at breakfast each morning and helped us with places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The peaceful location was a highlight as was the traditional Apulia evening. Thanks to all the staff; we will definitely return.

Pure luxury ! Amazing breakfast attentive staff everyone was welcoming. The pool was beautiful but deep. The spa was great very relaxing. The turn down service was a great bonus!

Service, gentillesse des collaborateurs, propreté ! Tout était là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, le personnel est au petit soin souriant et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. La piscine très propre et agréable. Nous avons souper au restaurant et franchement c’est le meilleur restaurant que nous ayons fait : qualité des produits et très bonne cuisson.

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.

New and unique property. In a quiet area on a hilltop overlooking the olive groves and the ocean down below. New build with larger rooms. Excellent service

The staff was excellent. Desiree in particular was excellent…she was everywhere to oversee all aspects of the resort and was helpful to all her staff…she led by example!
